Putting the piece of stainless steel to block the view of sandwiches being made is a mistake.
This is the second time I have driven home only to find the wrong sandwich.
Not to mention the fact of the hard bread....what happened to baked fresh?

Do not eat here ? found a long black hair in my sandwich and was told there was nothing they could do lol along with both my husband and I asked for them to be toasted and they were not toasted as well as ingredients we ordered missing. This was an app order. They offered zero resolution. Also how disgusting to have a side of hair with your sandwich…

It's hard to do business with this place from making you pay full price not honoring coupons or advertisements they've skimped on ingredients on past orders Jersey Mike's is far superior with a better price and that's my sandwich shop now

Wow, this place is busy! The line was to the door. The ladies were going as fast as possible but it still took forever to get through the line. It was worth the wait my sub was so satisfying and hit the spot.

The Boss Meatball sub, toasted, plus all the weird stuff that I put on it and It turned out PERFECTLY delicious..so I wasn’t “cry eating” like some of these angry reviewers who are unwrapping their sandwich and acting like someone sabotaged or vandalized it…It’s a damn sandwich people, calm down, geez ?

we order 2 sandwiches for pick up my daughter was to pick them up she had no idea what we ordered so she got the bag brought it home there was 4 sandwiches in the bag and not 1 of them was what we ordered so we had drive all the way back to bring them and get the right ones they didn't offer us a discount or anything for their mess up make sure you check terrible service and slow as hell

Service is terrible. Online order took one hour to be ready. The staff served me frozen ingredients on my sandwich and forgot to toast it. They ran out of cheese and half the vegetables serving walk-ins before they ever started my order. Would not recommend or go here again. Management needs to retrain or hire new staff.

This is the third time I have ordered online and went to pick it up at this location. I have been disappointed every single time. The sandwich is sloppyly made and looks like they use the worst quality ingredients since you aren't physically looking at the sandwich when they are making it. I will be driving further and going to a different subway from now on. Based on the comments of other reviews it wasn't worth calling the manager to complain. She seems worthless. Also the store is Filthy. Should have been my first red flag but decided to keep giving them chances. Done.

Pretty good Subway location. Tastes like all the other Subways. The staff is usually friendly and quick. The food doesn't always look super fresh, I've walked out without ordering because of this. I don't think it's a bad location, but it's not great either.

I did an online order and when I went there, the employee told me that she could not make one of the sandwiches that I had ordered. So she told me to pick out another sandwich that was comparable. The sandwich I ordered had three meats on it so I picked another sandwich with three meats and she told me that it was too much of a price difference. So I asked her what sandwich I could get that would be comparable? She told me a one meat sandwich and I told her, but that’s not what I ordered. So I had suggested that she make the sandwich I ordered and just omit the meat that she was out of. She became extremely rude and told me that she could not do that and would have to call a manager to get permission so I told her “yes please do that.” She came back after using the phone and said she could not get a hold of anybody and the only thing that she could do for me is not give me the sandwich and I would have to go online and get a refund. She also told me that we could not eat our sandwiches there in the store. She was totally unapologetic and completely rude for no reason. There was no reason why she could not accommodate me and make a sandwich.I went online there is no one 800 number for customer service or any way for me to get my money back. I called the store four times talking to the manager, trying to get the $15 back for the meal that I never received. All of those four times, she could not talk on the phone or told me that she could not figure out how to get the refund to me. I have emailed Subway and filled out a complaint about the store and still nothing. I’m pretty much out the $15 that I spent. I don’t recommend ever using online ordering or going to this store.

Dont get the churro! It was so hard I couldn't even bite it nor could my military husband, that's saying something! Gave it a shot for the bogo footlong but still not worth the price pretzel was okay hard on the ends definitely not coming back to subway I'll just buy stuff at the store for the price
