I went to Subway on 12/30/2023 at 3:30 in the afternoon and the girl who served me took care of it in a not very hygienic way, the place where she prepared the sandwiches was dirty so I had to pay before finishing preparing it, then she told me The cheese fell out and she put it back on the sandwich. I told her I didn't want it anymore so she could give me the money back and she told me no, and that she was the manager.

This place is absolutely horrible, the supposed manager Gabriela or Gabriel (the one with faded orange died hair as of 12/30/23) picked cheese off of the dirty counter and put it back on our sandwich. She made us pay for it before finishing and when we told her that we didn't want it anymore due to the uncleanness she threw a fit, threw away all of our sandwiches and wouldn't give us a refund. We left without food and without $55. I would never recommend this location and I definitely recommend retraining staff at the very least if this is how the manager acts.

Kaylee was super helpful and kind she provided quick and excellent service! The foot longs we ordered were made correctly and efficiently with the freshest vegetables and meats around. It's was over all just good food and service. The restaurant was clean and the over all vibe was inviting. I definitely recommend this subway!!

My daughter and I did some shopping in Wal Mart then the plan was to get Subway on the way out. I bought 2 footlongs and was actually planning on buying more as I had some coupons then found out the owner does not take the Subway coupons. What???? Why and I'll never, ever go there again. Just the point of making coupons available but then the franchise not accepting them. If you want more customers, take the coupons!!

Please don’t go, just go to McDonald’s nearby. $14 for a footlong that taste nasty is crazy. They don’t accept coupons either (they should just make a sign or tell people beforehand).

I had a sandwich made here and it was absolutely ruined and just gross. The way she rolled and wrapped it would have exploded everywhere when I opened it. The condiments I asked for were just squirted on one half of the sandwich and it was rolled like a sleeping bag rolled in on itself. she also resfused to cuz my sandwich in half saying “we don’t cut flat bread” when everywhere else does it without saying anything. The supposed MANAGER Ashleigh also refused service do to me “yelling” when I politely asked for a remake of the sandwich or a refund for an almost $15 sandwich that was less then $12 @ the graham location. I would not recommend going here as they are rude and don’t seem to be all there doing there job. WORST subway experience ever.

I wish I could give this subway Zero stars. The employees were rude and disrespectful to my husband and I. We were waiting in line and the employee was intentionally taking his time with the person in front of us and talking about how her weekend was going and what she's doing. I've NEVER encountered this at a subway. If there are people waiting in line you shouldn't be having conversations with people for copious amounts of time. If she was the only person in line than I get it. It was an obvious ploy to get us to leave and we did just that. We'll never spend a dime there...Ever!

The person behind the counter was slow, rude and wearing a thin cloth mask over their mouth but not their nose; what sense does that make? They shorted us on meat and when questioned they said "that's the way it is". Go some place else, y'all.

I usually get a 6 inch meatball sandwich. I had a coupon. The guy who made my sandwich told me yesterday I could not use my coupon for a meatball sandwich. This is a first because I have gotten meatball sandwiches with a coupon at that Subway before. The coupon was NOT expired either. The coupon clearly states "Get a 6 inch meal for $6.49" There is nothing in the fine print that states "meatball sandwich excluded." I usually have pretty good service there with no hassles.

Went in for a few sandwiches and was absolutely appalled by the service. Firstly, my sister ordered a melt, Wich gets 3 servings of cheese. The girl helping us clearly was new, it was not trained very well, which I can forgive. I have worked for service and understand that the only way to learn is to make mistakes, but the experienced employee was not helping her at all... She only put 2 servings of cheese on the sandwich, and when I corrected this, the experienced employee looked at the other girl and ROLLED HER EYES about be correcting the mistake like I was in the wrong... While I was looking right at her. Not only was this infuriating, but it was extremely unprofessional. The untrained employee them proceeded to make the rest of the sandwich incorrectly, but at that point I was too frustrated to correct the mistakes. She then proceeded to leave the other employee to struggle with an entire line of customers and not help her at all. Clearly she did not need the job bad enough to take it seriously, which is a shame seeing as there are plenty of people out of work who would be more than happy to have any job at all.

Can I just say how amazing the staff is here!!! I have been coming to this one these last couple of months and I have just had an amazing experience each time. Breanna, Angela, Courtney, and I know there are others...but thank you, thank you!!! :)You guys always make my day so much better, and the food is fantastic. <3
