Drive thru order, I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted and couldn't find items on the menu, but the order taker offered to help me. The food was fast and it tasted okay.

Great food! Little to NO wait on a Thursday night at peak time! I’ve been to this location several times in the past and this was hands down the best service overall all and the staff were on point! Thank you!!!
I wish there was an option to give this ZERO stars. Don't get me wrong, I love Taco Bell. This one however needs a health inspector to come through. There is old food all over the tables and counters, and the employees don't speak English. The soda machines are visibly molding. This is the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever seen. There was an unfortunate misunderstanding with our order and we took it back inside, which is good because once we saw how dirty the place was, we didn't want food from this location. The manager was extremely aggressive and told us we got what we ordered. All of the food was in the bag, and at first we didn't want our money back, we just wanted our order corrected, but once the manager bucked up on us, we asked for our money back and left. Super crazy- he shouldn't be working there. That Taco Bell is on it's way to getting shut down.

The worst hostile service I have ever seen. Two female workers with glasses and no name tags. We're getting upset with me because I wasn't fast enough to give my money. Stating to me " what's wrong, is something wrong with you"!? Didn't even give me my receipt.
They charge me full price for 2 crunchwrap Supremes and I called them asking if they could refund me because it was supposed to be a dollar and they said that I had to ask for the refund through the app and when I got there they had thrown them away and they refused to make both of them they only made one and they said that I would get a refund but I never did
Worst customer service ever. They don't respect the religious sentiments of customers and give us wrong orders, adding beef in our order, not even sorry about. Never recommend anyone to visit there !
