Aloha Island Grill Reviews
Worst food I've ever had and to top it all off it was expensive for what we got. My pork was extremely dry and had zero flavor. It was the same with my wife's chicken which was almost inedible because of how overcooked it was. The rice was also completely unseasoned and was what made up most of our "food" that we were given. The macaroni salad was far worse than anything I've ever bought in store, let alone home or restaurant made. The employees lacked all sense of professionalism...read full review
Super disappointed in my rice bowl. This is not even enough for a child size serving. Barely 1 scoop of rice and some chicken. My kids are still hungry.
We got a family size Mac salad tonight from the Francis location. It was the 1st time ever that it wasn't amazing. All 4 of agree the flavor and texture wasn't right. I hope they didn't change the recipe.

Aloha Island Grill offers fantastic food, featuring the best Teriyaki chicken and Macaroni salad in Spokane. The service is excellent, fast, and attentive, making customers feel at home. Customers particularly enjoy the huge portions, such as chicken teriyaki and pea salad, often accompanied by flavorful sides like lava sauce. The mac salad with Sriracha mixed with rice and chicken is a favorite among many. The restaurant on Monroe has plenty of parking and is wheelchair accessible, while the Francis location has limited parking but is also accessible with assistance.
While many find the food consistently delicious, especially the Teriyaki chicken and Macaroni salad, some customers have reported issues like missing items or extra charges. The inside can be a bit loud due to the small area, but it's a great choice for takeout or drive-thru. Some reviews mention concerns about hygiene and upkeep, noting that the bathroom lacked soap and towels and that surfaces were sticky or uncleaned. Additionally, issues like broken tiles and a loud patio door have been highlighted. Despite these concerns, the friendly workers and tasty food, including spam musubi and lava bites, keep customers returning. A little extra care could enhance the experience and attract more clientele, especially considering the price.
