I have had the pleasure of having your breads at Verns cafe. I have had it on the pulled pork, pork katsu specials as well as the regular menu items. Each time the bread stands out as a part of the sandwich just as enjoyable as all the toppings. Cant wait to try it all.
New pastries were delivered so I bought a Carmel apple coffee cake with my coffee from Java Jump on 10/28/22 and the bottom was burnt. It was not toasted Carmel on the bottom it was flat burnt and dry. Disappointing for sure, but coffee was good.
Chocolate chip cookie is nothing special. Hard as a rock and dry. Bought at Shamus sandwich shop on 8-2...
Google says their open, their not. I called, no answer. I drove 20 minutes to get there because they were “open” and no signs of any kind anywhere. At least put on their recording if they are open or not. Bad experience
I’ve been ordering their bread for about a year and a half for our business and they have been amazing! They always call me back when I leave a question on voicemail. They deliver next business day which is incredible. Very friendly staff when they deliver. Thank you Alpine Bakery!

I don’t understand what happened. I am crazy for these in the morning with my coffee from my favorite Jacobs Java. I don’t know who but I was always trying to bet the other people in the morning to get k e before they were all sold out for the day. But....first this past week or so, I noticed a buttery flavor in the top of the scone. It’s gross. The flavors don’t go well together. Please stop!!!! Second, every once in awhile I would get a scone (these are all raspberry and white chocolate scones) that had very little raspberry in it. Now I am getting not one swirl of raspberry. It that’s the case, stop selling Raspberry white chocolate sconces. Sell butter white chocolate sconces. GROSS! at least people would know what they were buying. So totally bummed and disappointed. I took a picture but there is no place to load it here.

That don't label their food with critical information like estimated carbs and whatnot.

Burger buns make an awesome muffuletta!! Then we used them as Italian bread with garlic butter for pasta night. Then they work amazingly well as biscuits for biscuits and gravy.Picked up at My Fresh Basket but we plan on hitting the shop.My favorite part is the ingredient list. Just non-wheat flours and expected ingredients. Not much in the way of exotic chemicals and starches.

Very tasty gluten-free chocolate brownie, with good texture, a feat that is hard to master for gluten-free products. But it's unclear based on its ingredient list, whether the bakery is using authentic vanilla or synthetic vanillin (it calls it vanillin, which usually indicates the synthetic form), which Scientific American and numerous other sources acknowledge is usually made from a petrochemical substance (guaiacol). To Celiac customers, origin, when it comes to foodstuffs is important, and that really applies to whether things are synthetic or not, too. While I enjoyed the brownie's taste, I won't be buying further products from Alpine Bakery's label until it can clarify that its vanilla flavouring is the "real thing" and not synthetic. I sympathize with the product costs, but in this day and age, using petrochemical-originated sources is a no-no on so many levels. If they aren't using synthetic (petro) sources, they need to re-write the ingredient lists to clarify that.
great service and fresh bread!
I had a burger on a GF bun at Remedy Kitchen and Tavern this week, and it was by far the best GF bun I've ever had! I see there are breads available in local stores, so I'm going to have to try those as well.
