Went inside to get a fresh pretzel. Got home and the pretzel was a stale day old. I was so disappointed, never going back. I love pretzels and know my way around them, so yes… it was very stale and old.

Great little deli. The sandwiches were fresh and it was fun browsing the aisles or German/European products. Great choices for chocolate lovers.

The Putz sandwich is so so good! And the scone flavors vary from day to day, but are excellent. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot! They offer a wide array of delicious products you won't typically find in the US, with plenty of European goodies at reasonable prices. The food is top-notch too, especially their lunches and sandwiches. The only downside is it can get a bit messy inside, but overall, it's a great place to visit."

Went in here two times, and both times there was virtually no selection of desserts in the bakery section, with no desserts the first time, and only a pear streusel the second time. I’ve also tried the wurstteller, bratwurst and Thüringer sausages, potato salad, sauerkraut and red cabbage. The wurstteller, sausages, and sauerkraut were alright, but the potato salad and red cabbage had nearly no flavor, and the first time I went in, the red cabbage was basically a bowl filled with water and soggy cabbage at the base, which was very unappetizing. I don’t plan on coming back.

Probably as close to an actual German pretzel as you will get in Spokane. Not exact, but close.

I absolutely love it! I love talking about Germany and food with the owner and think she's a great lady. Everytime I go to Spokane, about 4 times a year, I stop by, talk, and buy fantastic stuff. I love the Putz sandwich. My favorite so far.

If you want authentic German, this is the place. Andrea, Darrin and the team are amazing, and the products are 100% imported from Germany. You must try the meats!
