very dissatisfied with the service i received from arbys today i felt as though i was so rushed ordering then to get to the window and pay and get home and not even have the aauce that come with the sandwich in there was very disappointing. make sure if you order a classic french dip and swiss you make sure you have gotten your sauce. definitely could work on customer service aswell.
I'm giving 3 stars on crinkle fries because they are so salty all the time. This time I had to say something!! Please don't over salt your fries.

Ordered a French dip and the menu says it comes with au jus, but then it wants to charge you extra for the au jus. Does it come with or charged? Sandwich was kinda dry without it. Disappointed.

Walk in order for take out, thanks to the gal at the counter who can't follow directions our order was wrong. Thank you! Ordered 2 roast beef and cheese for $6.99, politely ask the young lady....please make they only put the roast beef and cheese on. Please no sauce, I made her repeat it back because my wife and I both do not like the sauce. Still both had the sauce on when we opened them at home. So we ended up feeding those to the dog. At least somebody liked them. The large order of curly fries was hot, but had an overwhelming taste of fish. Do you fry these near your fish or use the same frier? We both do not like seafood and ate a couple and it was disgusting we threw them out. The wife's chicken nugget 9 piece was ok. We will be back when the food has a better taste, be properly cooked and your employees can follow simple instructions. Thanks for taking our money!
Got to love an employee complaining about how tired they are because they worked a late shift and then had to come in on their day off.Boohoo Real classy Arby's. Do better

A couple days ago we drove through the Division location. We ordered the 2 sandwiches for 6.95 deal. When we got home we discovered that they gave us the wrong order. I called to let them know. They appolgized told me they noticed the mistake to catch me. They asked if we would be ok with a couple of coupons to resolve the issue.
I said sure. I got them in the mail today and drove 6 miles back to get the four sandwiches i had paid for. Much to my surprise i was told the coupons were not good for what i bought and paid for. We accepted two of the four sandwiches and gave up.
So…. I drove 18 miles and got half of the order i paid for after 2 trips. I did ask for an extra tartar sauce with my fish sandwich. The person i dealt with told me he is not supposed to do this but would accommodate me just this once.
Sometimes things just make you shake your head in amazement.
