Cassi has such a friendly & kind demeanor, she didn’t rush me at all even though I was fumbling a bit with the menu. It was really nice to have such stellar customer service, you don’t find that often these days! I would recommend this arby’s simply because she was so pleasant to talk with.

Our food was great! Wish there was a way on app to customize because I wanted extra tarter sauce but because lobby was closed at night my husband didn’t get any just picked up food in drive through. But food is great!!
