Service was a little slow for making a drink, but at least it was a good atmosphere while I waited. Coffee was bland, weak, and just over room temp, so I basically remade it at home. I'm a huge coffee drinker and worked as a barista, so it might benefit me to just buy my own espresso machine when I can't get a decently priced good cup of coffee.

Wanted to love this place, our coffee was all kinds of wrong. One coffee made completely wrong, both coffees were bland with barely any coffee flavor and just warm not hot.

Good atmosphere, albeit very busy on a Sunday with little to no seating. The medium roast espresso was smooth and although I prefer a lighter roast with more interesting notes, I can see how a chocolatey medium roast appeals to a wider range of people. I was a bit disappointed in the presentation. The flat white was the size of a latte, just a bit too large. Maybe it was an off day but the milk had no microfoam and the texture was just flat and too milky. The barista sloshed it on the counter and spilled some of it and I was left to clean it up. I’d love to see a bit more pride in the preparation. Otherwise, nice!

This is a difficult review because I love everything about this place EXCEPT for the service. The employees are great - but they aren't staffed properly. Saturday morning, as busy as it gets, line out the door, and one person making coffee. Well, two, but one has to run the register so basically one person served at a time. I feel bad for the employees because it's not their fault they don't have any more help. This isn't an unusually busy time during a normally quiet day - it's consistently busy every Saturday morning yet they can't staff appropriately. Just a fair warning for those who don't have 30 minutes to wait in line just to order. Then another 5-10 to get your order.

Just a great coffee experience. Servers were amazing and friendly. Coffee was delicious and perfectly prepared. Indoor and outdoor seating. They roast their own coffee.

Parking: Parking lot is pretty rough. Parking on both sides of building plus street.

Last time I was here I ordered my usual favorite drink (pear latte) and it was so sweet I could hardly drink it. I politely asked the barista if there was anything she could do (remake it, add a shot?) but she stared at me and said I’d need to pay if I wanted it changed

My wife and I are coffee people. We have had coffee in several countries including Costa Rico, visited coffee plantations, worked at a coffee cafe and managed a coffee operation. I can say that Arctos coffee is the best in spokane. Great coffee and well trained “caring of your drink” baristas. It’s the difference between going out for a cup of coffee and going out and enjoying a cup of coffee.

Love their white coffee here! Atmosphere is great with plants, decor, and it never being too loud. It is a bit limited seating at times when it's cold outside but when it's nice weather they open up the 'garage door' and adds for nice outside seating as well. It was previously a garage revamped into a cute modern coffee shop. Staff is always Friendly. Highly recommend!
