Atilano's Mexican Food - Sprague

Picked up an order to go. 2 tripas tacos and 2 al pastor tacos. The Al pastor was done on a trompo and very tasty with the little bits of pineapple mixed in. Large portions too! The tripas were a little crispy for me but still a great taco! Atilano’s reminds me of the town were I grew up San Diego. Love the chili de arbol hot sauce!

Atilano's claims to have the best burrito in San Diego, but they are a far cry from the best in Spokane. I came in for a breakfast burrito and stood around after ordering for a good 10 minutes. The burrito is big.... probably bigger than I needed, but it lacked flavor due to the fact that it was mostly potato. I've had good burritos here in the distant past but the restaurant has just gone downhill over the years. It's a decent bang for your buck, but just an average semi-fast food restaurant.

I really have tried with this location a few times since it’s closer to home, but I just can’t. They’re horrible. Every time I have come to THIS location I’ve gotten horribly sick. Their food is either old or just not cooked properly, and it never tastes good. I really prefer the Sullivan location over this one. Unfortunately.

Food was excellent and large portions

The fiid us usually spot on. This time, the refried beans in the burrito were very runny and they burst out all over the place. Still great taste, just a bear to eat. Big mess everywhere.

Horrible!! Dumped chicken in a bag instead of the container and didn’t even bother to fill the tacos with the meat, just threw it all in a box! All the crispy shells were broken. Rude staff looking at us and laughing, now I know why! Please boycott! This is disgusting to treat humans this way, especially my children who ordered their own food.

Well for one I'm a level 6 Google guide. 2 the service wasn't even worth the 22 dollars wasted on 2 cold burritos.. 3 got really mad trying to fix my order just to get hung up on, also they wanted the burritos back... We will not be going to this one again until they get the orders right, normally the burritos are hot enough you can barely touch them. And ours were literally cold to the touch

I have been a couple times but this last time i went i went through the drive through as i was in a hurry for work when i went to eat at work i relized they gave me the wrong food. Plus the lady at the window just seemed like she did not give a - - - - about here job anyway so should have expected it.

Love their taco Tuesday deal for $1 each street taco. Grabbed $20 worth and went to another couple's home for games and tacos. Simple dinner!

Horrible Experience and Rude Service!

I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered cheese enchiladas and was instead given chicken enchiladas, even after I corrected them FIVE times. It was clear I wasn’t being listened to. Then, to top it off, the woman ringing us up initially charged us for chile rellenos, which we didn’t order. When we pointed it out, she didn't handle the refund properly either.

The worst part? Her attitude. She was incredibly rude throughout the entire ordeal, making the whole experience even worse. How hard is it to get a simple order right, especially after being corrected so many times?

This place used to be one of my favorites, but after this mess and the disrespectful service, I won’t be coming back. If you value your time, money, and a decent meal, go somewhere else.

I still want cheese enchiladas, but no dice.

This is the closest Atilanos to my house and the few times I’ve ordered tacos from them they ALWAYS short me. Today they shorted me 7 tacos and not just the $1 tacos. I understand that they get busy but to short me $13 worth of food is unacceptable. The Sullivan location is 100x better food wise and service wise.
Previous experiences at this location I’ve been served food that’s way too greasy (carnitas) or food that was going bad (lengua). Decided to give them one last shot and ordered completely different items, the food that we got wasn’t horrible but I will not be going back to this location.
