So glad I discovered this little gem in north Spokane. I love my sushi to be very fresh and really highlight the fish, not all the sauce. This was perfect.
10’s! 10’s across the board! There aren’t many options for sushi on the Northside Spokane…. We had a GREAT ONE, that over the years, has been reduced to garbage food (wasab…..). THIS PLACE HOWEVER!? Fair price, SUCH FRESH FRESH tasting fish, and sushi! AND the staff was SO SWEET AND KIND…. On top of that, SO QUICK! A humble little spot in the wall, but a phenomenal experience and meal. This place has so many good reviews maybe we came on a bad day? The food didn’t taste fresh and the plate was covered in sriracha, as if they signed their names on the plate in sauce, it was just all over. I’ve never been to a sushi restaurant that does this and it made us feel like they were trying to cover the not so fresh taste.
