Sulaf was amazing with her customer service and managing a busy lunch rush on her own while still steadily working through the long line at a fast pace as well as the kitchen having food up quickly, food was good and root beer floats were even better.

First off being disrespectful to customers spending more than five minutes in line with no orders late even one I’ll give them that, and the girls are just standing there with the manager being on the phone in the back opened for everybody to see will never come back again. If there was an option for negative stars, I would do five.

Nothing less than 5 stars EVERY TIME!!! We order A&W on DoorDash and every time the food is GREAT and our order is ALWAYS accurate! Burgers are delicious! Fries are the BEST! Yes, better than McDonald's fries! Chili dog, chicken tenders, mini corn dogs are all good! Everything we've had has been spot on! Hats off to management and employees! Keep up the great work! ?

I was here on 6/23/23 at 1 pm. The food was horrible this time, the drinks were warm (they put about 3 pieces of ice in each). I ordered the large cheese curds and got a regular size like i got the time before. Never again will i eat there.

Food is always great, but it's the employees that make it awesome. From the newest ones to the general manager, they're all friendly. Rachel was working the counter today and was great!!!!
The food is alright, but the root beer is the best I've had. Very polite and efficient staff. Manager appears very invested in running this location well. Would recommend to anyone looking for American food and great root beer at the Mall.

Paris Gave us the absolute worst service I probably ever had! If I could give zero star's I would! Again Paris if you hate your job that bad quit because the horrible attitude and throwing out straws and telling us to have a nice day was ridiculous and uncalled for!
