Not worth the stop. They need help! I work close by, so I have stopped here for lunch often. Now Every time I come here I feel like there's a different issue. This is my first reveiw that I can recall ever doing. Today I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, was stuck in the drive-through because the car in front of me had not received their food yet. My fries were so stiff and cold as if they were sitting out AND the same thing with the dang hamburger! Cheese was cold, the hamburger bun itself was even cold and dry/stale. I don't want to be mean but come on... this pisses me off to spend my hard earned money for scraps essentially. I feel disrespected. And frustrated that I'm dumb enough to keep coming here.

They redirected me to the front of the building to wait for the patties to cook. After ten min of sitting in 88 degree heat with no ac and a 3 year old I had to come in and remind them that I had an order.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered two burgers, a bacon double and a double cheeseburger. They messed it up by only giving me one burger. Then when I went up and told them the mistake, they made the second burger, but made the completely wrong burger. I got zero compensation after waiting for them to redo the order two different times. Almost half an hour wasted. Absolutely ridiculous.

Then when I went up and told them the mistake, they made the second burger, but made the completely wrong burger. I got zero compensation after waiting for them to redo the order two different times. The root beer floats are 10/10! Beware the large is HUGE! Not an issue but 1 is more than enough to share with 1-2 other people. Quick service.

I stood there for far longer than I should have for someone to take my order.Then I find out the strawberry watermelon cream shake that I saw on TV has been discontinued without warning...the manager had to tell the cashier that they just weren't serving it anymore right in front of me.And let's be honest, that was the main reason I picked A&W to eat today.Then after I paid I waited 13 full minutes before I came up and showed them the time on my receipt and the time on my phone.If I go to a "fast food place" I shouldn't have to wait 13 minutes after I order for my food to arrive.

I had asked for Mac and cheese to be one of my sides and they said that was ok but I still got the two sides of mash potatoes. The soda was warm and syrupy. I normally don’t complain but lately it has been getting worse and worse at fast food place. The food is not what it used to be. Very disappointing.

Check this order out.2x double bacon cheeseburgers: no bacon, tomato, lettuce, sauce.1x Lg fry: got the KFC fries1x Onion Ring: Came in KFC box1x Chx strip meal: KFC version which is fine.Despite the missing ingredients, food was standard A&W. It's one thing to check your order to see if you got your items. It's another to have to open something up and see if it's the right thing? One might say, "just go back in and let them know." Not possible when the return destination was over 30 mins away. No real review, just describing the order.
I let them know the floor was slippery greasy and absolutely dirty. I almost busted my butt. All they did was put a slippery when wet sign up. Witch tells me they care more about liability than safety. Also a slippery when wet sign is a universal sign it's just been cleaned not a substitute for being lazy and disregarding sanitary and safe walking conditions for customers.i walked in 15 min later to through away my trash. Nothing had changed still nasty and dangerous right at the door all the way to the front counter.
