Check this order out.2x double bacon cheeseburgers: no bacon, tomato, lettuce, sauce.1x Lg fry: got the KFC fries1x Onion Ring: Came in KFC box1x Chx strip meal: KFC version which is fine.Despite the missing ingredients, food was standard A&W. It's one thing to check your order to see if you got your items. It's another to have to open something up and see if it's the right thing? One might say, "just go back in and let them know." Not possible when the return destination was over 30 mins away. No real review, just describing the order.

I let them know the floor was slippery greasy and absolutely dirty. I almost busted my butt. All they did was put a slippery when wet sign up. Witch tells me they care more about liability than safety. Also a slippery when wet sign is a universal sign it's just been cleaned not a substitute for being lazy and disregarding sanitary and safe walking conditions for customers.i walked in 15 min later to through away my trash. Nothing had changed still nasty and dangerous right at the door all the way to the front counter.

The food was good but the chili cheese dog was covered in that nasty bag chili and cheese. when it came to the service was horrible. My husband waited for ketchup for 5 minutes they never brought it then my son went to the counter and no one even acknowledge he was there. Very

Disappointed. I could hardly stand up. The floor was so slick, assuming a greasy mop was used. The food was ok. My son's burger was greasy. The woman at the counter was messing with her vape piece and rolled her eyes when I told her there was no soap in the restroom.

I just wanted to say I love AW burgers and fries . I've always found them to be the top of the line in flavor compared to other fast food options. For years I've been spending money at the one down the street from me and have always been happy with the food. Recently I had my usual a few weeks ago and the burger was smashed , dry, clearly sat in a hot warmer. The fries were literally dripping with grease. Stuck together in a soggy ball and definitely more than 20 min old. I could tell they had ben redropped in the fryer right before I got the bag. I took this as a one off and had them again a few days ago. My experience was the same. It was so disappointing after 2 attempts at my favorite place, both were terrible. I'm not the type that complains however because of how much I've always loved your product I felt the need to explain why I'm giving up on the store I've spent hundreds of dollars at at least once a month for years . Clearly they don't care the way they used to . And for a buyer meal that cost 13 to 14 dollars after tax I'm not wasting my money on food that is neglected , redropped and held for longer than standards allow. Your employees know the standard because I have the same thing everytime I go and it's always great until recently. they just were lazy plain and simple. If you as a company are going to charge what you do for a burger meal which is high let be honest then fine but It should be the quality that I've always thought it was until now.

We ordered two papa burgers when we got our food both burgers were just meat and cheese no sauce or anything else. Won't be eating at A&W anymore
Ehh. Not great. Gets your orders wrong. Not worth the money
Smelled like KFC which was a turn off for a chicken hater like me but the cheese curds were tasty and the root bear was divine!
