Fair warning. Don't order directly from website. Especially during your lunch hour. Nowhere on the website does it say their order engine is Door Dash. The wait time provided on website was 15-25 minutes. Even just before you submit credit cars information 15-25 minutes. Website after order shows expected time of pickup exactly 15-25 minutes. Then the text comes expected ready for pickup 60-70 minutes after order. Was on my lunch did not look at text right away. Once I saw it I called multiple times no answer. When I arrived at restaurant they confirmed that it would not be ready. I would have to cancel online. No where on website points you to Door Dash just links you back to their phone number, which they were not answering. Looked at pending credit card charge and saw DoorDash. Called their customer service who called the restaurant and started refund process. Back at work just a little hangry 😒. One concern I have is hoe many more have or will experience this. Bangkok Thai this is notna DoorDash problem your website needs to be accurate. Saying 15-25 minutes all the way through payment and then texting something drastically different after order placed, feels like a bait and switch. Minimum misleading maximum Flat out lie. Either way you are not delivering on a promise

I have been very spoiled for the last 4 years having a favorite Thai/Lai restaurant in Oahu. We moved back here and have been so disappointed in a lot of the Thai food. We have found one of our favorite spots!! The Chicken pad Thai has nice sized, tender pieces of chicken, the Thai Beef salad has such amazing flavor, and the Papaya salad is legit, complete with long beans which a lot of places don’t have.

This little place has the country wooden exterior to match the part of town it's in, but inside is a comfortable and rich thai dining experience. They have a little couch available for waiting but nobody we saw come in had to wait - doordash or dine in guests. The dining room is small but well decorated with comfortable booths and cute lights hanging from the slanted ceiling. The most impressive thing about Bangkok Thai to me was the one woman show who ran the dining room and restaurant with care and efficiency. Whoever she has helping her in the kitchen is obviously a good match, as our food came out quickly and delicious. My big complaint is that for the spice level 1-5 they just dumped chili powder on top of my curry, and the curry with tofu had bell peppers but no other veggies, and the patio doesn't have heating setup but maybe it's still early in the season
