We had a large family reservation before the Chiefs game last night. Kim was a tremendous server and took amazing care of us! We had forgotten it was restaurant week, but so happy it was! We are dreaming about the steak bites and egg rolls from the Restaurant week menu and hoping they become regular items. We always have such an enjoyable time here and always happy with our experience.

We have been wanting to go to this restaurant since it opened. My sister was in town so we wanted to bring her somewhere special and unique to spokane. Unfortunately the experience was not great. It started good when we were sat and told about the pub and the pets. We were excited to see the animals. We sat at about 215, didn't get our drinks till after 230 and the appetizer took another 20 minutes. The server was very slow. The restaurant had 3 other tables so there was no real reason it took so long for everything. It too over an hour for our food to get to the table and 2 hours all together to get through every step of the process. By the end my kids were so antsy we decided to skip seeing the animals. We didn't want to know how long that process would end up being. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 2 decades. All the server had to do was communicate and I wouldn't be so disappointed but she never once came to explain what was happening that was making everything take so long. We would have even loved to go see the animals while we waited if we knew it would take so long. The adults food was very good but the kids weren't so lucky. My son said it was too salty, my daughter said her corndogs were too greasy and her side of fruit had mold on it. I even tried to move the moldy strawberries and try the Melon but it had definitely turned. I get it, fruit goes bad so fast but the kitchen should be tasting what they are putting out to ensure quality. I also thought it was a shame that the manager was just sitting at the bar on her phone. She never came to apologize for the moldy fruit, she never acknowledged the delay in food and she didn't say good bye or ask us how our meals were on our way past her. The bill was $125 for lunch I figure we would be a worthwhile customers to try and make repeat business.
I told the kids they had dogs and cats for cooks and not having opposite make it take longer to cook and that the server had to give each one head scratches when she went in the kitchen so that's why she kept disappearing. If this ends up being true please disregard this review and tell them I said they were good boys.

Super excited they had a table for us ! ( many tables were empty actually so we figured out would be quick ). Ordered our food - asked for avocado to be removed on my salad due to allergies . We had a game at the arena at 6 but figured since we showed up at 4:30 we were good . An hour later food still not there ( two salads and some chicken strips .) told waiter we had to go and couldn’t wait and they said it was finally done and rushed it out to us as we were walking out the door . She was proud of herself she gave us a 20 percent discount . My salad is missing everything on it and looks like they ripped up a burger patty on spring mix 😆conclusion : love their cause , not their restaurant .

Food is ok not great. I didn’t get a chance to see the dogs so that may be worth it.

Service was pleasant and attentive. My BLT was fair. Bread over toasted, it fell apart when I tried to eat it. Bacon was overcooked.

Had a very disappointing experience here. We had the back room reserved for our party, they only gave us one server for a party of 20+ so everything took forever. It is very understandable for things going slow when there is only one person, but the second issue I had was I told the server that I wanted to purchase a glass from Bark A Rescue and wanted to put it on my own tab because I didn't want to add it to the tab of the wedding party and then I was charged extra on my tab for being in a large party which is absolutely absurd. Food was overall decent but wouldn't come back.

Sleeping on a great breakfast spot! And it's for a good cause. Crispy breakfast potatoes, perfectly cooked eggs, great drink options, seasonal mimosa flights, unique bloody marys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food, great drinks, and great place to take your dog

Waited 50 mins for a table (with many open tables and several waiters) then when we got our food the food was cold, bland and eggs were over cooked (looking at past reviews this is common.) Cute idea for a restaurant, but service and food were not worth it. Wouldn't visit again.

This is a great place to grab a bite and support a good cause! The food was excellent (major shout-out to the stuffed French toast), service was superb with friendly and knowledgeable staff and it's such a unique experience with the animal rescue partnership. Making an appointment to visit the animals is simple and seamless and who wouldn't want to say hi to some kitties and puppers right before/after a delicious meal?

Best Bloody Mary in town. My daughter and I are attempting to try the bloody Mary at every restaurant in town. So far, this is the only one we've gone back for a second round on. Our fellow diners have raved about the breakfast, too!
