“Don’t order their banana split. I order one to go and live 2 blocks away. Nothing but whipped cream on top. Worst banana split I ever had.
Manager called with all kinds of excuses.
One saying doesn’t travel well, two they’re made with junior scoop, then you shouldn’t price them high if they’re junior banana splits.
Then store manager said manager was watching the lady make it.
Was not true no one watch her make it.
I was there watching and he wasn’t around.
Worst place ever will not go back and be treated like this.
I know what I got and there was little to no ice cream on it.
It didn’t melt because there was very little ice cream to melt and it was not soupy when we ate it. Just didn’t taste like ice cream at all.“
“I love coming to this B&R ice cream shop. The bright lights, clean floor & superb customer service is why I keep coming back. I love looking at all the new flavors, sampling this or that, but I always enjoy seeing the good ol’ standbys that never go away: Pralines ‘n Cream, Jamocha Almond Fudge: Gold Medal Ribbon, and Daiquiri Ice. Those were some of my favorites when I used to work at B&R in the 1980s. Of course, prices were MUCH cheaper back then (but so was the minimum wage).
Nonetheless, it warms my heart to see that this company has gone through inflation, recessions, wars, COVID, but it has always stayed strong and in business, when everyone wants a variety of flavors at any time of the year.“
“We love to go here any time of the year. They have a very delicious assortment of flavors. Including non dairy options like daiquiri ice. I happen to be a big fan of “daiquiri ice” ice cream for over twenty years it was and is my favorite ice cream. It’s the type of treat that cools you down on a hot day, you can feel the ice cream ice crystals just melt in your mouth. Incredibly satisfying.
Their banana split is gigantic! Generous portions. Employees were competent and the place was well put together and clean.“
“This Baskin-Robbins has excellent service! It seemed like a popular spot when I visited. There was quite a few customers inside but everyone was taken care of quickly. The location is super clean and I love that every ice cream was marked with flavor, calories and if it was gluten-free. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and I plan on visiting again!“
