Is this what they're calling 2 scoops today? If you order, do it in person.

Came in and over heard a gal and her family inform the workers that her drink tasted funny, I believe they said, “sour milk.” The guy checked the bottle and stated it’s brand new, he then got his coworker involved who rudely told the family there’s nothing they can do just because they don’t like something. Bickering back and forth with a customer is terrible. They the workers told them they can make them something else but would charge for both things- she said she didn’t want anything from them based on how they were acting. Which why would anyone want to pay for both things after the way she handled it. She easily could’ve said, “we checked the expiration date and everything is in fact good so I’m sorry you don’t like can I get you something different?” No she literally told them it’s not her fault they don’t like it and they aren’t going to do anything about it! She then gets on the phone with her manager and doesn’t inform her of her approach - I heard the manager Tami stated she agreed with this individual and almost walked out- but my wife insisted ice cream! Very unprofessional and the customer had every right to be upset after how she was treated in front of what appeared to be her kids and family. She was very polite on the approach about the drink it wasn’t until the worker stated what she did that the lady got upset and said she was unprofessional and handled the situation terribly- arguing with her and then rubbing it in her face that her terrible manager who wasn’t even there to witness the situation agreed with her. Totally embarrassing for the company. I will try to avoid for awhile. Please learn proper customer service etiquette!

Delicious ice cream for a good price. Employees were ready to help as soon as we walked in even though it was busy.

Delicious ice cream, but way too overpriced and very skimpy on the portions. The scoops they use for the 3 scoop sundaes aren't even ice cream scoops, they're cookie dough sized scoops, and they want over $8 for that. The ice cream doesn't even come halfway up the bowls they use for the 3 scoop sundaes. Still, I really love their ice cream so when I have the money to burn I do think it's ultimately worth it.

Came in here to pick up an order, female employee was doing her job trying to make the order, which had multiple items, male employee was standing around doing absolutely nothing chatting at female employee not helping at all. Very unprofessional.

I love coming to this B&R ice cream shop. The bright lights, clean floor & superb customer service is why I keep coming back. I love looking at all the new flavors, sampling this or that, but I always enjoy seeing the good ol’ standbys that never go away: Pralines ‘n Cream, Jamocha Almond Fudge: Gold Medal Ribbon, and Daiquiri Ice. Those were some of my favorites when I used to work at B&R in the 1980s. Of course, prices were MUCH cheaper back then (but so was the minimum wage).
Nonetheless, it warms my heart to see that this company has gone through inflation, recessions, wars, COVID, but it has always stayed strong and in business, when everyone wants a variety of flavors at any time of the year.

I was shocked at paying $13 for a 2 scoop sundae and a one scoop waffle cone! I had the choice of 3 toppings and chose caramel and hot fudge. It was the tiniest drizzle on top! And the scoops are so small! However, the ladies in the store were very nice and friendly
