I got my favorite- a Reese peanut butter Sunday. It was perfect! Went with a group of friends and had our ice cream inside. The place was quite and nice! The staff were nice as well. It was very clean inside and nice to look out the windows.Just as good as any other Baskin Robbins.Would visit again

After having a tooth extracted my friend decided I should be treated to ice cream! I stopped in to Baskin & Robbins & met the most delightful young lady who turned out to be the manager.Because I had a huge HOLE in my mouth, I could not just have anything- no "hard foods" I had been admonished.This delightful lady cheerfully allowed me to sample five different ice creams & even went back to see if they had a fresh container of the fudgy Oreo coffee confection I chose. They didn't & I ended up with my go to faves- Jamocha Almond Fudge & Chocolate Mousse Royale. She did her best not to give me too many hard almond pieces, bless her.I hadn't been @ B&R in some time as I got a Gelato addiction, but my two scoops of yummy goodness for under $6 were less than one scoop of Gelato & this lady made me feel the love! Check out the N Monroe B&R- you won't regret it!

Ice cream was not very good and the young lady who served us ice cream was very rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to call my girlfriend a bitch when she did not like the flavor of ice cream she tasted. We will never come back. Would not recommend.

Ice cream during a thunder, lightning and rain storm was perfect! We had the waffle cone with double scoops. We had mucho chocolate and chocolate chip. The store was clean, cozy and the staff was fun to ask about their favorites or what they recommend. We'll have to go back for pictures! ?

I worked here for a total of 2 months and maybe a half, working conditions are terrible, employees are treated terribly and you can never please the owner no matter what you do. Borderline narcissistic behavior, she seems sweet at first but once she warms up she shows her true colors. I have multiple people agreeing with me aswell :) If you consider working here, don’t. There was a time I felt lucky to have had this as a first job, but quickly realized that i picked the worse choice. No I was not perfect, I know that. Overall, the manager is terrible at her job, and probably shouldn’t be managing a business if she can’t even manage her public breakdowns at the store, which you can find an example of in a review left a couple months ago. She is narcissistic, and two faced. Don’t work here ❤️

The workers did not care about hygiene. They had hair in the chicken and waffle ice cream and when they scooped my Oreo n brew ice cream it fell on the counter and the worker put it back in my cup. The worker was NOT wearing gloves and had bloody fingers. Horrible experience -10/10
