The customer service is so so here, but best location in Spokane. Baskin’ has been and always will be my favorite ice cream.

I am a long time customer of this place. It saddens me of the way I was just treated by one of the employees. So much disrespect over asking if she could please split the milkshake in half as I had two Littles with me and a small one is too big for them by themselves. She told me the are not allowed...but...when I was in there on sunday it wasn't a problem. I States this and she said I guess I could give you a second cup and you can split it yourself. Wow! Then turned to the other employee rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. I'm in here all the time...and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS! IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I RETURN!!!!!

Can't contact them except through a call going through a thousand automated prompts. Second time I have got an inedible flavor that includes a spice (i.e. cinnamon). Have been a lifelong customer but will never go back again. Nothing against this particular location but it is where I went.

Went Super Bowl58 Night and was quickly put off by the rude guy who was serving our ice cream.The girl was sweet,but the guy was heavy sighing ever time we ordered.Our group spent over $50 �

Terrible costumer service. I believe his name was Trevor. He was so rude. Awful costumer service. Never coming here again.

The guys were friendly and hospitable. Of course the ice cream was awesome!! Clean and tidy.

My family has been going to baskin robbins since before any of the kids that work there were born. They have always had deep flavor in their ice cream. Tonight we went there and I purchased two double scoop ice creams, and all of them were bad. The Rocky road didn’t even taste like it had chocolate in it. It was super fluffy like they added something different to the recipe. My daughter who will eat just about any form or flavor of ice cream threw her double scoop cone in the trash. I return mine into the store, and when I asked the employee if they changed the recipe, she replied with no care or concern. We don’t make the ice cream. Very very rude! Will not be returning.

Great one of our favorite family treat places. Tried new butterscotch flavor. Not bad!
