My family has been going to baskin robbins since before any of the kids that work there were born. They have always had deep flavor in their ice cream. Tonight we went there and I purchased two double scoop ice creams, and all of them were bad. The Rocky road didn’t even taste like it had chocolate in it. It was super fluffy like they added something different to the recipe. My daughter who will eat just about any form or flavor of ice cream threw her double scoop cone in the trash. I return mine into the store, and when I asked the employee if they changed the recipe, she replied with no care or concern. We don’t make the ice cream. Very very rude! Will not be returning.

This Baskin-Robbins has excellent service! It seemed like a popular spot when I visited. There was quite a few customers inside but everyone was taken care of quickly. The location is super clean and I love that every ice cream was marked with flavor, calories and if it was gluten-free. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and I plan on visiting again!

I had such nice and respectful young gentleman. One had dark hair with a baskin robins hat and the other I believe was named Collin. I ordered a large shake and it was an adrenaline of flavor. Such an amazing place.

Great one of our favorite family treat places. Tried new butterscotch flavor. Not bad!
Similar to gelato, it has a milky and sweet texture, and it is a cold and delicious snack for a warm summer day. Sadly I had one on a winter day and the experience was subpar. I've heard “Ice cream” (the slang for frozen sugary milk) is good so I will leave a 5/5. PS. Give joey and Gabe a raise, they have very good customer service and are cool like ice cream.

I really like this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful.Baskin & Robbins has been around for decades! Quality is consistent. My dad's favorite was Baseball Nut: he's been gone since 1991 but they're still making this flavor. I will say I don't care for the Ube flavor: very bland.Favs: Gold Medal Ribbon, Chocolate Fudge, Cherries Jubilee, World Class Chocolate, Butter Pecan and any of the sherbets.

This place is normally fine however came to pick up a door dash order that had been placed a while ago and they said they closed early and refused to give the order. Should have shut down the computers and locked doors so this wouldn’t happen ??♀️

We always have a great experience every time we come by. Stopped by on 10/17 craving a mangonada. Always seem to get the same girl but never caught the girls name. She is amazing at making them. I get extra chamoy and she adds the perfect amount. ♡
