I’ve had many issues with multiple orders regarding my cappuccino blast orders. Every time I order one they are not blended enough with large chunks of ice and so thick it won’t come through the straw. I order from this location only due to this being closer to my work/home. I’ll probably start ordering from a different location further away because this is disappointing :(

Cashier was rude 3/8/25 basically throw my change bk at me and some of the loose coins fell in to the garbage no apology or anything just on to the next customer

Service was great! I was helped by a girl named audrey and she displayed a variety of flavors i told her i liked peanut butter and she reccomended the new flavor bananna and oreo, it was amazing!

Audrey is the best ice cream scooper I know. She is so kind and patient, organized as well. I will definitely come back, she made me feel so comfortable and happy with my order. Also, she's very charismatic. Love her work, I will be coming back.

BEWARE! We came for the 31st scoop day…you now have to have the app to enjoy the discount on the 31st. Little to no signage explaining the change, no explanation of the change when ordering, so very surprised to have to pay full price after years of enjoying 31 day. Additionally, since we didn’t have the app downloaded immediately, an inflexible staff member did not offer options but to pay full price. While we have supported BR on other times outside of 31 day, This once fun family outing has now become a “bait and switch” scam effort. Lost this family as customer. Ice cream is good…it’s the principle. What a bummer.

On Sunday (7/21/24) afternoon, it’s a bazillion degrees out, and the storefront is under construction, but there was still a line inside. The ladies behind the counter were too busy to be turning the customer service charm up, but they were quick to take care of us. For a busy moment, the place was clean enough. The ice cream itself NEVER DISAPPOINTS ❤️??

Won't be coming back to this place. Ordered online got to the store where they had 2 employees. Not one can give me my order but there was me and 1 other customer. While I am waiting I see one of the employees lick his fingers not once but twice. Gross. Then another person came in and got their online order before me even though mine was sitting there the whole time. I was ignoring the whole time. My order had been ready ready the whole 15 mins I had to wait. My order was wrong when we got home. We ordered strawberry cheesecake and cookie dough but got 2 strawberry cheesecake. Not only that they were completely thawed out. We got flavored milk. Employee also bragged about how their coolers were not working and they had big puddles of water everywhere and that they were giving people melted ice cream. Why have your store open if your machines are not working and your ice cream melted. Has to be a code violation. I will not be recommending ever.

I went to this Baskin Robins for the first time with some friends after a long work week. We were served ice cream by an employee named Kayleen. We have never experienced a kinder, more professional employee before and it honestly restored my faith in humanity. We have tried a few different ice cream shops in Spokane but none of them had employees as professional as Kayleen. The ice cream was Bussin and and whole staff had W Rizz. We will be coming back every week.
