I went to this Baskin Robins for the first time with some friends after a long work week. We were served ice cream by an employee named Kayleen. We have never experienced a kinder, more professional employee before and it honestly restored my faith in humanity. We have tried a few different ice cream shops in Spokane but none of them had employees as professional as Kayleen. The ice cream was Bussin and and whole staff had W Rizz. We will be coming back every week.

Poor services they forgot some of my order and then I told them and they did my order all upset and gave it to me all messy they didn't even clean it was all cover in ice cream and sticky didn't give a bag either just throw it to me Don't go here they need to change staffs

Great flavors, and even better service. While Coldstone is admittedly more delicious, Coldstone came to this block long after Baskin Robbins had an established presence. The employees here gave great suggestions on flavors!

Just wanted to leave a review the two young ladies that were working on Thursday night were amazing I got a little upset and was pretty rude and that wasn’t acceptable and I provided great service and my reaction definitely wasn’t a reflection on them and I was just anytime you need some ice cream from Baskin Robbins go through and see those two young ladies tip them well

Walked in an Hour before close, lady working was very rude and disrespectful to my family. Did not have her mask up, Made our milkshakes watery and rushed us out. Attitude and all.
My milkshake was watery and the worker was rude. Came in an hour before close and she tried rushing me out.

Called Thursday to ask about ordering icecream cake, you can't order on line at this store. I was told to come by Friday as they need 24 hours notice.Came in Friday and was told nothing could be made until Monday. This was told to me by the cake maker.She was going hime later that day and wouldnt be making any more.Thanks for nothing.Done supporting this local business.

Perfect place to celebrate grandkids' graduations from 4th grade and kindergarten. Whether you prefer a cone or cup, Baskin-Robbins offers a wide variety of selections that is sure to please even the pickiest of ice cream connoisseurs. Upbeat and personable wait staff!

I've never been a huge fan of Baskin Robbins and this location lines up pretty well with my expectations. For this cheapskate, going out for ice cream is always ridiculously expensive. Therefore, if I'm going to indulge I would prefer to go to a local place with better ice cream and more personality. I just don't find Baskin Robbins ice cream to be all that good, and for something like $6-8 per adult it should be banging! Also, the ice cream cakes are similarly lackluster yet outstandingly expensive. DQ ice cream cakes All. Day. Long! This location isn't terrible, and there is outdoor seating where you can people watch people going into the DMV, which is always thrilling.
