Disgusting. One of the male employees at night had some sort of open wounds on his hands presumably from drug use. When he would scoop the ice cream his hand (with the open sores) would touch the ice cream in the bucket and sometimes scrape on the edge of the bucket. One can only assume the scabs from the open wounds would then fall into your frozen treat. I feel physically violated for even having to witness such an atrocity. I wish I were making all of this up.

Normally I don’t have any issues when coming here but tonight I ordered a single scoop waffle cone as I always do, the person that prepared it for me was very rude. Didn’t say anything to us and what really upset me was the fact that they literally just put a single scoop on top of the cone. Normally, and at any other place, they fill the cone with ice cream and then top it with a scoop. My cone was completely empty to the point that it crumbled in my hand when I went to eat it. I didn’t notice until I left because the visible empty space had been covered by the paper wrap. As someone who works in customer service myself I understand having hard days but I would never take it out on a customer in a petty or careless way especially not to one that is always kind and tips. I’ve seen this person multiple times and this is the first time they’ve done this as well so I’m unsure what there problem was.

Nice little small shop. Today is,my birthday and I love ice cream cakes. When I came by I was greeted with a friendly smile and "hello". I walked over to the 2 freezer cases and spotted the cake I wanted, grabbed it, quick payment, and then I was out with a yummy cake.

First off I have been frequent customer of this Baskin Robbins store, going there at minimum once per week, usually much more. I just went to get a cappuccino blast, Chocolate shake and a fresh pack with my wife and had $62 dollars but was told that I was only able to spend $12 of my $62 because they can't take bills larger than $20 and wouldn't wait for me to get change across the street as they were 5 mins from closing. So I asked if they would make me a deal for just the drinks since they were already making the drinks explaining that I had only $12 aside from the $50. I was told I could get a small shake and the med cappuccino blast for $14.88.....I gave my wife the money for her cappuccino blast and left in disgust. Went to Yokes and bought stuff for making my own shakes and I won't be patronizing Baskin Robbins any longer.
