Love this place. Coffee is the best in the area.....i also love their smoothies during the summer - Mango is the best. The staff are amazing. They remember me and my drink type....typically have it made before I get to the window. Heather, Abby and Chelsea are always happy and greet me with their smiles.

I live very close by and I do like to contribute to the local coffee barista‘s. I’ve been coming here for years. Never had a problem. The coffees always taste great and everybody’s always very friendly. I just reached 30 punches on my punchcard. Which also means my next coffee would be free. However, when I got my 30th coffee, the fire department engine 91 was behind me. I of course got out of my car to speak to the fire department gentlemen because they have been to my house numerous times in the last four years as my husband was battling cancer. And last February, they were at our home on a 911 call last time as my husband’s tumor ripped into his right lung. It was a crazy emergency and they were able to get him to the hospital and he made it four days but didn’t survive… I appreciate these men more than anybody can know. So as I paid for my coffee, I told the little gal that waited on me to put $20.00 towards their purchase and she of course started my 4th row of punches on my punch card Today when I went to get coffee, I realized I never got my free coffee after the 10th punch on the 3rd row of my card. This week when I went to get coffee I was hoping that the person waiting on me would allow me my free cup. To my surprise, the lady absolutely would not. She said she wasn’t the one that waited on me and that she could not do this. I’m still kind of speechless. She was not polite about it at all I’ve been working with the public for 36 years. I know there’s times where you can break a rule under certain circumstances It also made me feel as if she thought I was trying to pull a quick one. I was very disappointed when I left. And also, this would not be breaking a rule. I had ton punches on my third row of my punchcard, which entitles me to a free cup of coffee. I will not be returning to beam me up any longer.

Unfortunately this is the slowest coffee stand I’ve been to in Spokane. Consistently. 10 to 25 minute wait. With only one car in front of us… they get one drink. Maybe two. And we just wait and wait. The coffees and drinks we’ve had are nothing to write home about. They’re not in a hurry and not worried how long you’ve been waiting. No apology for the wait. The person today just drove off with one iced drink… we’ve been here 20 minutes or more.

Got orange dreamcycle Kaylie and Savannah were so very kind. They made my sister and I feel like we were thier friends, not customer. The Lotus ate so good too. We even branded a shot of cbd. That was amazing. Body never felt as good. Can't wait to go back, definitely worth the drive. Tell them busybee says hi.

My favorite coffee shop! The baristas are always so kind and give great drink suggestions. Today the barista suggested a pink lotus with prickly pear and white peach and oh my god it is SO good!! Incredible service and great drinks/food. Highly recommend this coffee stand!

I love their menu, but these people need trained on hygiene and cross-contamination. They throw the cream cheese container in with your bagel, and who knows how many people have touched that. And then they seem to be unaware of the major violation of touching the top of your straw.
