SPENT 45 MINUTES TRYING TO FIND A DESCRIPTION ON THEIR MENU ITEMS ON THE WEBPAGE! COULDN'T GET AND DETAILS OR EXPLANATION OF WHAT ANYTHING WAS. FRUSTRATED WE CALLED THE SPOKANE VALLEY STORE. MARK ANSWERED AND WAS MORE THAN EAGER TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WHICH WE HAD A LOT OF. HE GAVE US WONDERFUL DETAIL AND DID SO WITH ENTHUSIASM AND PATIENCE WHILE 2 OF US THREW QUESTION AFTER QUESTION AT HIM! THANK YOU MARK FOR SAVING OUR SANITY! COORPERATE REALLY NEEDS TO UPGRADE THEIR SITE AND FILL THE VOID OF WHERE THE DETAILS SHOULD BE FOR THEIR CONSUMERS!

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I went for the first time a couple days ago and we loved it! The food was super yummy and really original, the service was awesome and super quick and the atmosphere is so cute. You can get a cream puff filled with so many different flavors and play a series of claw machines. They also have Japanese drinks and lots of flavors of sodas. The man who helped us was friendly and he really seemed to love his job. Stuff is decently priced in here too.

This was easily one of the best experiences I've had eating out in a while. The employees were incredibly kind and cheerful, offering quick service and product samples. The lobby was clean and well kept, and the interior design is great.
The pastries were top-notch as well with delicious fillings. If you've never given the place a try, I'd say you're missing out. Thank you for the great service and food!

It's kinda ironic and skeptical for a full 5 stars but dayum the cute pastries were good, the lil vending machines they had were. Ute as well ( I didn't win any lol) & the drinks were amazing. Very tasty & nice, the people working were really nice & even offered a mango ice cream sample & it tasted amazing. Def ordering again because it was super delicious lol

This was a first visit for us, we didn't know what to expect. We ordered 6 puffs to go. Figured we would give them a taste before leaving, ate all six before we left the store! Great puffs, great fillings, great customer service, great experience all around. We will definitely be back!

So many flavor combos! Matcha and matcha filling? Incredible! They let you try the fillings which sold me on the flavors of the month. The mango filling!? So good. The puffs are well filled and delicious. Friendly staff, quick service. You can order online ahead of time if it’s too many choices on the spot. So glad a friend brought me here!

I’m a regular at Beard Papas Spokane- amazingly good filled cream puff. The chocolate eclair with traditional vanilla filling is my favorite dessert. Everything is impeccably clean and prepared fresh - dine in or packaged carefully to go.
