VERY knowledgeable bar tender serving a really nice variety of in house taps. GREAT beer …. and I guess that’s the point !!!!
Bellwether Brewery has such a welcoming, cozy vibe — the kind of spot that makes you want to stay for one more round just to hang out a little longer. The people here are genuinely great — friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you’re grabbing a pint with friends or stopping in solo, it always feels comfortable and community-driven. Great beer, great atmosphere, great people.
I've been going to bellwether for nearly 8 years and it never disappoints. Amazing beers, a great selection of NA drinks (including the best kombucha in town!), and awesome bar brats. But the real gem here is the people. Dave, Randy, Xee, and of course Ty make it feel like home. Its a weekly haunt and the perfect place for many a birthday, going away party, school reunion, and game night. Don't miss Bellwether!
Very unique beers, but fantastic. The bartender Ty is amazing, super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the beers on tap. Will be visiting next time I'm in Spokane
Stopped by here all the way from Upstate NY, before a Goose show at the Spokane Pavillion a few weeks ago, great beer, friendly bartender..thanks!
If you haven't been here, you haven't experienced true kinship. The whole atmosphere is incredible and inclusive!
Great servers!!
Friendliest little brewery in town!
Cool hipster-y brew house. Lots of beer... usually about 1-2 cider options.
The most unique beer you're going to find. These guys are out there just completely blazing new trails when it comes to flavorings. While other breweries stick to the same old formula, these guys don't even have a formula. They just make a witch's brew of herbaceous beers. Yeah, I said that correctly. Herbaceous would be a great way to describe their focus. Have you ever heard of a sumac or fennel or garam masala beer? I sure as heck haven't. But they know how to take the most offensive/ aggressive herbs I can think of and make them pretty dang good. So good, They actually win awards off of this crazy stuff. To top it all off. Dave is a standout owner and quite the community man. His wife is fun and great to talk to at the Market Street location. His head bartender Ty is a great beer slinger and bar host. Cannot recommend this place more.

Had another great beer at Bellwether
Great brews and a pretty cool gameroom upstairs
Great beer. Great ambience, and awesome conversation. An awesome addition to the historic Hillyard neighborhood.
Love this place! I got coffee across the street and my husband wanted to try their beer. It was such a great atmosphere, a ton of options and just an overall great vibe. I feel like this is one of those places where chat and connect with people that you feel you have known for ages. It is just that cool. My husband was so impressed. I had my coffee but i thought i saw they offered some root beer which i will definitely try next time we visit ( I don’t drink). They are also flexible if you want to take anything home with you. Next time we are in town visiting we will be stopping by!
The beer here was outstanding, each unique in its own right and extremely enjoyable. The service was as good as I've ever had thanks to Ty - thank you for a memorable evening with friends and sharing some of your passion behind these wonderful brews!
