Typical search for a brewery to go visit on Google maps, this place popped up with a perfect 5 Star review. The Bartender knows his flavors and is a beer aficionado. I asked for a sample of IPA’s and stouts and he took care of me. The Brut Session Of Time IPA is one of the smoothest I have ever tasted.

New brewery in Hillyard. Saisons, Ciders,Ambers, Sours, and more choices for your drinking pleasure. In the same building, they have a BBQ restaurant and a coffee shop. Zach, the beertender for Bellwether, is outstanding, gives some solid advice on beers, and is a good dude. This spot is a good time!

We didn't eat at the on-site restaurant but it smelled great while we sampled some beverages, love what they did to save and repurpose this old building along with the partner businesses that moved in with them. This could become a great new neighborhood hangout for many!
