This place absolutely ripped us off we ordered the Sunday that’s supposed to be big enough to share with 3-4 people and got the most worthless thing of ice cream it was only a little bit of ice cream with a waffle cone we paid almost 31 dollars for it and got ripped off.

I had an incredible experience at this Ben and Jerry’s location. Olivia and Cole were working and offered incredible customer service. The place was clean, environment was welcoming, and the workers were amazingly friendly. Thank you Olivia and Cole!

I asked for a pint of strawberry cheescake ice cream and they didnt clean there scooper so i have coffee ice cream mixed in ruining the flavor.

The ice cream hits the spot and the staff is super friendly! I love seeing their trucks out in town, and the River Park Square kiosk is so festive.

We went over because we wanted milkshakes. Unfortunately we arrived around 15-20 minutes before they close so they don't do milkshakes.
So I went home, ordered it on uber and received it. Not sure why they couldn't make it for us right there.
The employee was very nice but we were bummed that we had to order through a third party even though we had just been there.
Not a fan. Full of degeneracy that I do not want to take my family around. We will be avoiding this until changes are made. It's probably just a company wide policy. 🤷♂️
The staff at Ben and Jerry’s Spokane mall were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They explained things and answered questions for the kids. We enjoyed cups of ice cream as well as shakes and everyone was pleased. The cookie dough pops and banana bites are delicious as well!
