Ben & Jerry’s

9.2.25: First time at this location, which is located in the River Park Square mall on the 3rd floor next to the food court. Walking up to it, it looked pretty big. It had a couple long freezers of ice cream as well as a decorated case. The young guy who helped us was nice and gave good service.

I got a double scoop in a cup of Cherry Garcia and Berry Berry Extraordinary. Cherry Garcia is what you expect it to be if you're familiar with Ben & Jerry's and Berry Berry Extraordinary was new to me and had to try it. It was a pretty tasty sorbet. My friend got a strawberry limeade smoothie. He said all he tasted was tart and limeade. He didn't taste any strawberry, which I agree because I tasted it and it definitely lacked strawberries. The decorated case was full and looked pretty good, but we didn't get anything from it.

My 3 gripes are: 1) my double scoop looked like a junior scoop at best, 2) it was $16 bucks and it was a lack of value and quality regarding the smoothie, and 3) they had all the flavors you're familiar with but sorely lacked any fruity type offerings. Unfortunately I get a better value buying a pint at the grocery store that's cheaper and gives more than 2 scoops.

I've always come in on weekends and Cameron has been super friendly with quick service!! After you've won big head over here when he's working!

The ice cream is absolutely amazing (so many flavors to try!) and the team working there is so kind and helpful. Definitely worth it and highly recommend

After a nice walk along the river, ice cream was in order. Ben & Jerry's hit the spot. It was so good. In fact, I ended up going back two nights in a row.

Great location serving the delicious ice cream you know from Ben & Jerry's! Friendly staff and overall highly recommended. My favorite flavor is Cherry Garcia and it didn't disappoint!

This place absolutely ripped us off we ordered the Sunday that’s supposed to be big enough to share with 3-4 people and got the most worthless thing of ice cream it was only a little bit of ice cream with a waffle cone we paid almost 31 dollars for it and got ripped off.

I had an incredible experience at this Ben and Jerry’s location. Olivia and Cole were working and offered incredible customer service. The place was clean, environment was welcoming, and the workers were amazingly friendly. Thank you Olivia and Cole!

I asked for a pint of strawberry cheescake ice cream and they didnt clean there scooper so i have coffee ice cream mixed in ruining the flavor.
