Store hours say they're open until 9. I showed up at 8:40PM. The lady said they were closed. She was very rude and didn't stop what she was doing to talk to me like a person. I even walked from my hotel to what I thought was going to be a wonderful treat. Instead was treated terribly and got nothing but rudeness from the employee. 0 STARS
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Came two different nights Monday night and Wednesday night 20 minutes before closing and both nights the girl working (with dark brown hair) said they were closed. Second night I said don’t you close at 9 she said “We are out of stock.”. before even knowing what ice cream we wanted or even trying to help. We walked from our hotel and looked up the hours both times to have the same rude girl close early and not want to help us.. sorry she hates her job and thinks it’s okay to give terrible/no service. Why is she even employed there if she doesn’t want to operate during business hours. How hard is it to scoop a cone during your business hours.

Always amazing taste and employees
They 'lost' the birth cake ice cream cake ordered 7 days ago and refused to refund the payment. Avoid at all cost. Employee had an attitude with zero apology.
