If you dont like this place or always complain about it.. well simply stop being a (Karen) you always get the same interaction that you put forth. Mayby its your negative attitude that makes the experience bad.. those girls are amazing and super nice. The coffee is delicious, I highly recommend this place

The young bigger blonde girl Decided after I asked what the special is she’s gonna stop talking midsentence and just tell somebody else to handle my order, I couldn’t even focus on the coffee being disgusting because her attitude was disgusting.
Coffee is always watered down burnt never enough milk never enough flavoring. Gross

Stopped by Bigelow Gulp Espresso today and had a great experience. I drove up to the window not really sure what I wanted, but the redheaded barista working was incredibly helpful and made the whole thing easy. She pointed me in the right direction, and the drink she suggested ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great service and a spot I’ll definitely be returning to.

Stopped by this coffee shop with my wife and honestly had a pretty disappointing experience. The lady taking our order didn’t seem happy from the start, which made the interaction a little uncomfortable. We ordered a Lotus drink with light ice, but it came with a ton of ice and barely any flavor. When we asked if she could remake it with light ice, she used her fingers as a stopper while pouring the drink — which really didn’t feel sanitary. We both felt uncomfortable after that. I get that everyone has bad days, but that kind of energy shouldn’t be passed on to customers. A little more care and professionalism would go a long way here.
Stoped her quite a few times and the coffee is delicious. Always super friendly and patient while we figure out what we want. They have great price too!

I love this place. From, of course, their coffees and other drinks, to their baked goods, to their customer service. Excellent on everything. My family and I try to support the local merchants to support them. This is one of these such places. Today, I had a 24oz white chocolate with caramel Granite. It didn't disappoint!
