The family that runs this establishment are amazing. I lived in Mexico 7 years and I come here because it is closest to authentic I've found in Spokane. Casabirria is the chef's kiss

We went on Sunday to get birria tacos….they were the worst birria I’ve ever had. The tortilla was not cooked or fried or dipped in consommé and the consommé seems like it came straight from a beef broth box. It was like eat a bad cheese with some beef taco. I see a lot of good reviews and pictures and what we got was 100% different that what the pictures other people are posting. It was terrible would never recommend.

The birria taco's were horrible, the consume was brown water not an herb or Onion, tomato etc in it. nothing!!
It Tasted awful, was sooo disappointed Wil never go back. $25.00 what a waste of money 😞 this was a joke, sucked
I'm Mexican and this is the worst Birria ithe I've ever eaten not only that they don't give you the consomme with your quesobirria, they charge you for it. It's trash id give zero if I could stay away unless you want to end up sick.
The main course was bland. But the salsa and chips is to die for

I called ahead for brierra pizza. It was ready when I got there. It was delicious with amazing flavors. My coworkers loved it. Their guac was on pt! They had big room downstairs for parties.

Amazing people and amazing food!
Honestly very disappointed, been here many times with great service. Tried ordering take out, my order was lost with a driver so it had to be canceled and reordered. The lady would not give the driver my food, when I called the store and explained the issue I had she laughed, read my phone number back to me and told me that was her managers number. Refused to give me my food, hung up on me and just left the phone on the counter and never came back but laughed in the background. even with me coming to pick up. Will be shocked if I come back after poor service. Waiting over two hours very sad.

First time ever in Washington. I’m from San Diego and usually make trips down to Tijuana, so I know what good birria tastes like. I’ve been on a road trip from Denver hitting all the national parks, and by the time I got to Spokane, I was really missing home.
I saw this place had birria “estilo Tijuana” and figured I’d give it a shot. Honestly, these are the best birria tacos I’ve ever had. No joke. The meat was super flavorful, the tortillas had that crispiness, and the consomé was perfect. I usually don’t even care for the broth, but I drank all of it!
They’ve also got a toppings bar where you can load up on cilantro, onions, and all that. Everything was clean.
The lady working there was a little serious, not rude or anything, just very direct. I was surprised it wasn’t packed, just me and a couple of other Mexicans on a Sunday morning.
If you’re in Spokane and missing that real Tijuana-style flavor, this is 100 percent worth checking out.

Really less than stellar here. It was dead when we went in on a Thursday evening, all the tables were somehow dirty, and the food was below average. I’ve never had Birria so dry and plain. It kinda just tasted like it was old. For their prices and other reviews, I would have hoped it was a little better. Especially considering that this seems like their “specialty” with their name translating to “house of birria”. I think the dirty table was the most disappointing thing. It’s not like the table we chose to sit down at was dirty, we chose the least greasy table that was available. So much different than when it first opened as “birria tijuana” a few years ago. I don’t think i’d ever find myself wanting to come back here. Was also sad to see how much it was for my Pacifico. I should have just gone to a brewery and gotten a draft pint!

We had opportunity to try this restaurant in Everett for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Sadly 😥 it was the worse experience with our food. We asked for barbacoa tacos and consome. Both were salty and cold. The worse part was that the salsas on the bottles on the table were old and taste horrible. (salsas agrias y podridas) We smell them and they were past due. When we mentioned to the waitress she didn't care nor apologize for the mistake and she didn't offer any compensation whatsoever and to top all that demand our payment. Nevertheless to say we will never coming back...
