Not pleased with out visit. Made reservation arrived early. After being seated it took our wait staff almost an hour to check back with us after she gave us drinks and a loaf of bread. All the staff could see us. At one point we were up and ready to leave and she had salads in her hands this was 47 minutes in. My family usually comes here several times a year for celebrations and we bring people from out of town here as well. Will rethink our next visit. Very disappointing.

Our server was friendly and attentive, food was hot and ready in a timely matter. We spent about 2 hours celebrating a birthday. I'm not sure if it was the manager but she checked on us as well. Will likely be back. (:

Our server really didnt pay attention to us when ordering....cutting us off during ordering is super annoying. Fairly attentive during our meal. Our food was good, everyone's steaks were tasty but overcooked by one doneness level. The filet was different than usual more flat than round. My 16oz ribeye was tasty but overdone too. Otherwise a decent meal. It seemed pretty festive since it was new years eve. We have been to this restaurant probably 75-ish times over the past 14 years and seems each time we have gone the food quality has been steadily been going down. We dont visit as often any longer mainly due to our moving further away. But when friends think this is the best place...we go.

You should not let your bartender have large tables to serve, in addition to making drinks, We sat for twenty minutes with our menus down before our order was taken. We hardly ever got checked on. She was constantly making drinks. We were there for 2 hours!!! Spend most of that time waiting. Waiting for order. Waiting for our food. Waiting for follow up. Had to ask another server to bring us extra items. Ans finally, waiting for our check. The only time she was friendly is when she dropped off the bill. We were not in a hurry, but we also were not planning on spending so much time there. We will definitely ask NOT to be sat in her section again. Brian

Please bring back Sky High Mud Pie and the regular unsweetened ice tea. The new unsweetened ice tea is fruity tasting.

Came here two times in the last month and a half. I don’t remember the staff members names but we were seated by the same host both times and served by the same server both times. We had a fantastic first visit and couldn’t stop thinking about them buffalo tender appetizer and how amazing it was so we had to come back. Our server was so amazing packing up the desert to go for us and being on point at all times. While dealing with our table I watched them make drinks for seemingly the entire restaurant. Incredible staff, great food, great environment. If you have an issue with price then go to roadhouse

The worst meal I have ever had. Potato skins burnt, buffalo chicken tenders chewy and zero buffalo and served with tarter sauce. The Potato soup, really cold, second try microwaved, new York medium rare came out well done. Second attempt raw. Not blued but raw, fat was white. Fillet mignon chewy and over cooked, service, the bartender spent the first 20 minutes of our dinner talking to a guy at the bar. Had to ask for water, the bread was almost rubbery. All in all I would say drive on by. Oh and the manager delivered the ice cold soup and the ruined steaks. They should tell you everything

My husband made reservations for Thanksgiving at 7:30. I called to cancel this reservation due to unforseen circumstances. They could not find the reservation. If we had gone out at our 7:30 reservation we would have been turned away. Won't do that one again. How incompetent.

First time here in years. Was pleasantly surprised with the food and menu while dining with my family. Kids menu was great and husband and I got steaks- tender, cooked to requested temperature, and very flavorful. Additionally we ordered potato skins- yum! Tiffany was great- very joyful and informative of the menu.

We came in to have what we had hoped was going to be a great meal. We ordered the campfire feast for two. We upgraded the appetizer to the wagon wheel ( which we paid extra for), this came out of the kitchen cold and greasy. Our server was the bartender. She was running the restaurant by herself. However that was no reason for the service and cold food. We upgraded our steaks to Ribeyes (extra cost) which were served salty, overcooked and cold. When then server finally came back it was to ask us what we wanted for dessert. Mind you she forgot to even bring our dinner salads to us prior to our main course. When she asked us about dessert and handed me the check, I mentioned that we didn’t get our salads. This was the worst experience at this Black Angus that we have ever had! I attached the receipt for you to see. I wasted my Groupon, my money and time on a terrible meal. As well as my 50.00 gift card that I had! Update I sent an email per the owners request today as explained in his response.
