Update they made good on their promise to fix the issues. We got gift cards to go back and it was amazing all the way around.
My boyfriend and I went to have a a date night on 5/19/2025. We waited for an hour for our food because our ticket fell into the grease which is what our server said. When we were told what had happened the server said it would be 5 mins this was at 5:15pm. We told the server we would be leaving if it was not at our table by 5:20 we were going to leave. 5:20 came and we got up to leave I had enough time to get to the front and asked for the manger before they came up and said our food was ready. When my boyfriend tried to explain his frustration the server yelled at him telling him not to yell at her. He was not yelling he was loud as he was frustrated by the lack of care or empathy. The server kept saying over and over that it was not her fault. It was partially her fault as she neglected to check on our food. How many peoples food were contaminated by our ticket being in the grease. This store ruined our date night and my boyfriend lives on the other side of the and is leaving on 5/20/2025 to go back home. Our bill would have been substantial but no we were treated like we were less than human Worst service ever! We will never ever go back!!!

Overall the food was pretty good however the service from my first server wasn’t!
We sat down and our waitress didn’t come for 10 minutes to get drinks and when she finally came she got our drink order. 10 more minutes go by no more drinks another 5 more minutes go by she brings out our non alcoholic beverages but didn’t have the wine. We didn’t think anything of it another 5 minutes went by then my mom stopped the nearest waiter to figure out why it was taking so long she was super kind and super sweet within the next minute and a half we had the other drink.
The first waiter unfortunately rubbed us all the wrong way with her demeanor and attitude. However the 2nd woman (long blonde hair YOUNG! With the best eyelashes) who told me her name in which I forgot but she did absolutely fantastic and turned our entire experience around.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at this restaurant. The server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even gave us a dessert on the house. They were knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. The food arrived at a good pace, allowing us to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. We definitely plan to return for future celebrations!

placed an order with door dash and the driver took my food, they were so quick to call door dash and get everything corrected for me! even called back to make sure everything turned out okay! great service!

Service is the worst, booths are torn apart by dogs chewing on them, carpets are stained & disgusting 🫣, always hear some disgusting gay, sexually explicit comment when eating dinner. My Family & I will never eat there again. Was going to complain to the manager.on duty, Patrick, but he didn't seem to care at all, for I noticed him just standing there listening to the disgusting garbage, without saying one word to them, and actually laughed about it!

Haven’t been to Black Angus in Years. I took a friend to the one in Puyallup, Washington, and I was so very impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. I had an older gift card and even though it was difficult for them to activate it, the manager, Scott, spent time to make it work! The waitress, Chayton, was wonderfull. She answered our questions so well, giving good advice and suggestions and our meal proved excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed the steak salad! So Attractively prepared and served. The atmosphere was just what we needed. I am definitely going to be returning, Looking forward to another steak salad!!!😊

Been a minute since I ate at a Black Angus. Server was very busy, and it's a little brighter than our old local Black Angus, but the food was excellent. Prices were fair and not too high.
Ordered a diamond cut, well done, and got a bleeding slab of cold meat... when asked if I wanted to send it back, I said no. The reason is: a person just ordered a steak as done as possible, and you sent out a steak that was literally raw in the middle... there is very little hope you can do anything to fix the steak, you have to know how to cook a steak and if you can't even get it close to the order the meat will be totally ruined by the time you figure out what well done means....
