Our server, Callie (sp?), was absolutely awesome. She was professional without being stuffy, super efficient & so incredibly friendly! We were celebrating my birthday & she helped to make our experience very special!

Tiffany was SUPER great! I ordered the filet and lobster, medium to medium well, she was very helpful in deciding what temp I would want the steak based on what I was describing. When the meal was brought out, I sliced into the steak because Tiffany wanted to make sure it was what I had ordered. There was not even the slightest bit of pink, it was completely well done. She, again, was great, and offered right away to replace it which I took her up on. The disappointing aspect was that everyone had already finished eating when I got my replacement steak. I didn't get to take the time to enjoy it and ended up bringing home 2/3 of it to give to my dogs. Being a steak house, the kitchen should have the steaks down to a science, again, very disappointing for a $53 entree.

Really bad experience. 1.5/5.0 stars Got sat at the booth next to the entrance. Asked the host if we could sit somewhere else and she said no other table was cleaned. Had people walking by our entire dinner. My girlfriend and I got the steak dinner for 2. Brussel sprouts were decent as an appetizer, but the menu didn't mention it came with blue cheese, which my girlfriend hated. Took more than hour since we sat down for our steaks to arrive. I had to ask our waitress to check on the food, and she went into the kitchen and brought it out right away. When it did, the plate was burning hot, meaning it's been sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while. New york strip was cooked nice, but ribeye was completely raw on one side and overcooked on the other. Don't know how that's possible when it's half an inch thick. Asparagus wasn't seasoned (had to season it myself). Au gratin potatoes were okay. Creme brulee came out looking mushy and didn't even have a flat sugar top; it looked like somebody mixed the sugar in with everything else. Waitress never checked in on us other than to give us our food. She also charged me extra without informing me that asking for caesar dressing on my garden salad meant converting it entirely to a caesar salad. If you told me if it was an upcharge, I wouldn't have gotten it. Also gave me an attitude when I argued about it. I had to get boxes immediately after the steak came or we would've missed our movie. Only good part was the MLB game playing in front of my table and the new york strip. Even then, the fat cap on both the strip and the ribeye was unedible, so we basically had to throw away 30% of our steaks. Extremely disappointed, never coming back here again. Outback steakhouse next door is much better.

Our Meal for 6 was somewhat disappointing for 3 of our members. 1st we discussed RARE for a ribeye with our waitress. She advised RARE it will be; the very thin RIBEYE came out well done, not even a trace of pink. By the time a new RIBEYE was cooked everyone was done in our group eating and I really did not want it by then and hold everyone up! Very hefty price for not getting it correct. Our group ordered appetizers, and we asked if we could get some parmesan cheese and she said "we don't have any" 1 member said Well you do have it, it's on my Ceasor salad?? she took off and the next waitress brought it??? not customer service oriented at all. We were celebrating and felt a bit rushed as food came out before salads were done etc. this meal was close to $300 and we all felt a bit slighted. Hard to find good staff, food was adequate.

Tiffany was an amazing server. Quick with refills. Funny. Very nice. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly delicious. I went there to celebrate my birthday with my family and it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Very disappointed that they had run out of chicken? They would not offer any kind of substitute to do with the 1/2 rack of ribs on the dinner for 2. Also heard them telling another table they were our of prime rib. Not sure how you run out of chicken but worse yet they wouldn't accommodate an alternative. For the price of going out we will probably go elsewhere to spend our $250 dollars.

We experienced prompt seating and friendly service. Waitress was very nice and we got our food in a reasonable time. The food was tasty and we got a good amount of it. The only thing we didnt care for was the size of the dinner plates. They were too small and some of our food would fall off the plate while we were trying to cut our steak. Other than that I and my wife enjoyed our time there and we will probably return in the future.

Have been there about 4 times now and the experience has always been top notch. Excellent staff and food is always the best. We have used Groupon each time for the Campfire Feast and it is an awesome deal. Usually have yummy leftovers. Download their app for other specials. Weds is 1/2 off wine as well. Will return for sure.

Update they made good on their promise to fix the issues. We got gift cards to go back and it was amazing all the way around.
My boyfriend and I went to have a a date night on 5/19/2025. We waited for an hour for our food because our ticket fell into the grease which is what our server said. When we were told what had happened the server said it would be 5 mins this was at 5:15pm. We told the server we would be leaving if it was not at our table by 5:20 we were going to leave. 5:20 came and we got up to leave I had enough time to get to the front and asked for the manger before they came up and said our food was ready. When my boyfriend tried to explain his frustration the server yelled at him telling him not to yell at her. He was not yelling he was loud as he was frustrated by the lack of care or empathy. The server kept saying over and over that it was not her fault. It was partially her fault as she neglected to check on our food. How many peoples food were contaminated by our ticket being in the grease. This store ruined our date night and my boyfriend lives on the other side of the and is leaving on 5/20/2025 to go back home. Our bill would have been substantial but no we were treated like we were less than human Worst service ever! We will never ever go back!!!

Overall the food was pretty good however the service from my first server wasn’t!
We sat down and our waitress didn’t come for 10 minutes to get drinks and when she finally came she got our drink order. 10 more minutes go by no more drinks another 5 more minutes go by she brings out our non alcoholic beverages but didn’t have the wine. We didn’t think anything of it another 5 minutes went by then my mom stopped the nearest waiter to figure out why it was taking so long she was super kind and super sweet within the next minute and a half we had the other drink.
The first waiter unfortunately rubbed us all the wrong way with her demeanor and attitude. However the 2nd woman (long blonde hair YOUNG! With the best eyelashes) who told me her name in which I forgot but she did absolutely fantastic and turned our entire experience around.
