I used to love this place. Until their iced drinks became mainly ice and no drink. Gave it another shot this morning, just for the price of a redbull + a burrito to be $18.50?!?! That means $9.25 EACH. That’s insane. I know inflation is hitting but omg.. no thank you.

I got a honey badger. I had requested if it was super sweet or not. The batista was awesome she said it was a sweet drink typically but would depend on how much of the mix was added to shot ratio. She was kind enough to add less mixture and offer to add shots that of course was paid for. But hey one can't deny the customer service and how exceptional the drinks taste. There is a bit of a line but worth the wait.

Came through with my little dog and got her a pupcup and I got a large latte. The pupcup is normally full of whip cream, which is why we do no bones in it. This time it only had enough to cover the bottom of the cup, and she ate it in like 2 licks :( also, my latte was suppose to be extra sweet but you couldn’t taste the flavor at all. Usually I try it at the stand but the girl working the window was in a rush and it was too hot to taste. Really a bummer because this is my favorite stand and I go here almost daily. Literally never had a bad experience here until today :(

I ordered and the worker dident make my drink right. She sounded rude and when she was mixing my drink she was shaking the whole cup like crazy her hands were touching my straw the matcha was spilling from the sides. The place its self is really good. But some of the workers don’t have any respect to others and don’t care what they put in the drinks.
