Amazing customer service! Based on previous reviews, I would assume the type of customer service experience you get would depend on the barista who is helping you but mine was very caring and welcoming! I gave 3 (average score) just cause the taste of the coffee is not superb but it’s not bad either! Pricing wise, it’s like everywhere else! Sometimes the local stand alone shops are a bit cheaper but not this one! Overall it was a blissful experience 😉.
I got a honey badger. I had requested if it was super sweet or not. The batista was awesome she said it was a sweet drink typically but would depend on how much of the mix was added to shot ratio. She was kind enough to add less mixture and offer to add shots that of course was paid for. But hey one can't deny the customer service and how exceptional the drinks taste. There is a bit of a line but worth the wait.
This location ROCKS!! I appreciate you so much for your exceptional customer service!! The experience my wife had here today made her extremely happy!! This location sets the bar for how to treat it's customers!! Thank you for going out of your way to ensure my wife's experience at this location was MAGNIFICENT. I commend you for your professionalism!!
