Had the pleasure to visit here while visiting Spokane. The staff were so kind and welcoming! They fixed me up a slightly less sweet Lotus, and it was a bogo Tuesday on them, so I brought my coworker one, too. Delicious drinks and spreading kindness is my kind of place!

2 of my 3 drinks were not made correctly. We were also charged for 20oz drinks when all were 16oz drinks! This stand is a rip off and over charges let alone can't make a simple coffee order. Check your receipts people.

This place is the worst coffee shop don't ever come here don't waste your time high prices rude employees and garbage productI will give you two examples of experiences1. This would be the most recent experience walked down with a special needs individual while ordering the drink she had a medical emergency and the lady at the window was nothing but apathetic no concern no nothingI purchased one of their $$7 cookies for my client whom was having a blood sugar emergency and purchasing the cookie was quite vital possibly preventing a death and the lady was very slow to get me the cookie I ordered this occurred on the afternoon of May 12th 2024`don't come to this coffee shop this place is trash`2. My first experience same situation walked my client who enjoys a coffee drink here and there. Late April.I ordered one of their burritos by the way was half cooked and to make matters worse I found hair cooked into, these are burritos they purchase from a outside vendor and throw them in the microwave and ask $8Don't come to this coffee shop go somewhere else there's much better options

I came through yesterday with a strange request. It was my dogs 8th birthday and I wanted to get her a special pup cup. I asked for it to be made as special as she could, and Tori went above and beyond! She also made me a pretty dang tasty drink! Thank you so very much!
The lady we had didn’t have the best of attitude and made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. The price for sizing I got was pricey, but along with that it had mostly ice. Felt not satisfied at the end. I’d prefer to not go back

the lady that served my friends and i was very very rude to us and we were being so kind to her so we were confused why she had an attitude with us.we also payed for a 24oz and she gave us a 20oz and filled it all the way to the top with ice. :/
