Brista was very rude to me as I was trying to describe a drink to her. I asked her to please stop being rude, and explained that I was recommended this beverage. The brista told me she didn't have the time. Then I asked her what she recommended. She replied chaos. So I drove away. Today on my way to an appointment, only place there. I was told that I couldn't order there no longer. Said I was rude for driving away. I asked that Brista was not the other individual not being rude to me? Brista agreed. So am I not have the right to call your supervisor? She said I was right, This was my experience at 540 E. Francis Ave. All the other Blissful blends have been very nice and enjoyable to work with.

The red headed young woman who works here has a bad attitude and is rude to me every time I come thru the stand.
The only time my coffee is right, is when the manager makes it. The other girls are so rude when they see your debit card they think your not going to tip them so they treat you bad. I also want to say that you're my favorite coffee place and you only deliver with Grubhub #1 grubhub customer service is the worst that makes for some VERY unhappy customers #2 Grubhub also charges extremely high fees so their orders are approximately $10 more than Doordash or Uber would be for the same order. So in essence only using Grubhub as your delivery company is a huge mistake you're going to lose a lot of customers not because your product is bad but because Grubhub is.

Every time I visit the manager rocks it. Yesterday a very busy morning. She was alone and I couldn't tell. The line was moving pretty fast. I have never got a bad drink from her. She rocks the Francis location.
By far my favorite coffe place and my favorite girls. They remember my drink and always have great conversation. Always a part of my morning routine.
