I decided on a coffee coconut blended with tapioca pearls and, it was perfect! Not one flavor component overwhelmed the other, and the drink was cool and refreshing. No complaints would definitely go with a friend again~

I normally never have issues here, I’ve had been coming here for years and the staff has always been kind but today I had came in and the new staff is just horrible. I came in around 15 minutes before close and ordered two drinks which shouldn’t be an issue but the girl w blonde hair & piercings was extremely rude and had a snobby attitude and then spent 10 minutes just chatting with her coworker rather than making drinks. When she gave our drinks to us she didn’t even say anything just handed them and moved on. I hope the owners do something about this

I used to love coming to this place as I have been for 9 years. I usually never write reviews but the customer service is horrendous with the new staff they have hired. Just like previous devout goers have mentioned there is just way too much competition in town to put up with horrible customer service. Also, just like previously mentioned losing out on a loyal customer over a drink that needed to be remade because there was clearly a breakdown in communication. I didn’t even take a sip of it barely touched it and immediately notified them it was wrong and they treated me so poorly. I’ll take my 7x4 drinks three times a month elsewhere. Please beware and go to Uoni, Black Straw, Starbucks will remake you a drink and let you keep the incorrect one.

I was pretty tired and just wanted a treat (special ed teacher). I said green tea, iced and I consider jasmine tea a green variety. I tried to explain that it looks like iced tea but the drink was still not what I intended. The price is a dollar over other better tea places like Poke King and Black Straw but I just wanted to stay north town. They refused to remake the tea and it wasn't busy, so it seems like if you are most likely to throw out the ingredients in a couple of hours it isn't a big deal to just redo it, especially when I've been a customer for awhile. I just abandoned it for the tune of over $7 and won't be back.

There is usually a line for a good reason! We love their blended drinks and sometimes buy 4 to 6 to take home for later, it's that good! The employees are always nice! Win win!
