If I could leave a no star review I would. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. No wonder your establishment was basically empty at 7:30pm you should consider parting ways with the bartender before she continues to negatively impact your business.

Food was ok just poorly presented customer service was poor as well and utensils was dirty and sticky

Absolutely terrible. We were apprehensive based on the lack of cars in the parking lot on a Friday evening, but kids were starving and we were nearby so we tried it anyway. Sat right down as there weren’t many other people in the restaurant. Eventually we did get water, napkins and even utensils after our food came. 3 of the 4 meals were inedible. Pizza crust was a chewy premade crust. Chicken was awful. The one person who did eat their food got sick the next day and it ruined our trip to Spokane. Do not eat here.

I had an order to pick up. It took 25-30 mins to even find somebody whom works here to help me. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!

There are no Boston's Pizza where I live. It was fun to find them in Spokane. Pizza was good. Service was great.

What is advertised on their website vs. what I actually got.. do yourself a favor and spend your $20 elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Best spinach artichoke dip in Spokane!! Anytime we have Nick we get the best service, very attentive, friendly, and deserves a raise (and good tips)!! Always our go to place for drinks and food, but nick is what keeps us coming back, can always count on great service when he is there! I don’t leave google reviews, but after years of good service the people need to know

Was less that 20 customers in the building and took over 45 minutes to get food after ordering. My chicken was so dry it was hard to chew.

Pro: Shared a delightful pizza, fishbowl, and our server as always was phenomenal. She rocks! Con: No toilet seat covers, toilets were gross, and the bathroom was in complete disarray.
