Decent Ice cream but I was not super impressed. The cookie dough was mostly vanilla with few clumps of cookie dough. Great service and location but the ice cream wasn't amazing.

Brain Freeze Creamery is a little shop in Spokane, Washington. It has been recognized in Inlander as having the "Best Ice Cream" for many years. In fact, when we entered the place had the awards mentioned on the order screen. We stopped by this creamery after walking around Manito Park. We wanted something that was refreshing and close by. Tyler was behind the counter and he was very welcoming. He allowed for us to try various flavors before ordering and was very humorous. We were the only ones in the shop so service was quick. I ordered a double with the Chocolate Cherry and Salted Carmel. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. You can tell there was more cream than sugar and the flavor was rich and filling. The best part? It was the best ice cream for how cheap it is! I was a bit skeptical at first as it looked like the bins were at it's end and not filled- BUT there was no ice granules and the texture of the ice cream was spot on. In summation, Brain Freeze Creamery lived up to the Inlander review. I would visit again if I was in the area and I'm looking forward to trying more of their flavors!

Brought my 3 year old in for ice cream today; normally the highlight of her day. While we were in the shop, a young woman decided to wrap a pet snake around her neck and bring it into the ice cream shop. My wife tried to keep my daughter - who has a fear of snakes - distracted while this person (who we found out is an employee!!!) and her friends tried to show off the snake to all the customers, including my 3 year old. “Hey little girl, do you want to see my snake?†My wife kept my daughter away from these people, while trying to hint that they were making all of the customers uncomfortable.

I've been in here a couple times and love it. Not this time.... Awful service. Disgusting espresso. Barista put his dirty hands all over our Togo cup lids as he pressed them onto the cups, even though I explicitly said for here not to go. The whole experience was ridiculous. One of the employees was too busy talking to some Cindy Wendle characters to do her job, telling the other inexperienced employee how to jack things up. So I guess when I come again and these jokers are here I will just turn around and leave. Take my business to Starbucks... 08/04/2019

Had the coconut icecream and its sooo good. Way better then the old baskin Robin's that was there. Even better than cold stone creamery. Light and fluffy icecream. Service is so good great happy employees.

The girls working here were so sweet and friendly. Great service, and they had non dairy options that were delicious! I had a lavender and lemon sorbet which was to die for in a hot day. I'd stop in here again anytime!

This Creamery has become my guilty pleasure and I enjoy the variety of different and wild combinations of ice creams that I get when I get there I also like to get Americano coffees and my husband gets a mocha with a quad shot and we just absolutely love it the people there are always awesome and the Scoops are always huge never unsatisfied
