Girl was rude, wasnt interested in the questions I asked about a Luna Bar...which I noticed when I got back to work that it had expired Dec 17 2023. She was more interested in the regular behind her and acted like she couldn't wait for me to leave. Spent $4 on something I didnt eat because it was expired. Def wont be going back.

Stopped in a few times during our trip to Spokane for coffee and breakfast and this place is such a delight! The staff is wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. They even made an effort to memorize our orders even though they knew we were just visiting. Truly great customer service! They also make a killer matcha latte! One of the best I've ever had. Tip: try the matcha latte with toasted marshmallow syrup. DELICIOUS!

Rude. If you don't order fast enough. The Barista this morning gave me a look as her regulars walked in and I knew. My need to review the sugar free flavors was an issue for her. I stepped aside and sat at a table 45 min waiting for my daughter. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Do not buy food from here. Way over priced, and the girls there check to see if the microwave made it hot enough by placing their fingers on your food. And still my $10 soft pretzel was over cooked and half became a hard pretzel!

Warning... they refuse to put prices on the menu because they increase them so often, blaming it on "inflation". Wonder how every other restaurant in town is able to set prices?

This was the perfect stop on our way to River Park. We got great coffee and breakfast (quiche, bagels, pastries). The staff is kind and friendly. Clearly many who work in the area stop in regularly.

Slow! Don't go if you are looking for a quick coffee. On the bright side, the coffee is good.

A good, quiet place to meet. I like their chai.

Delightful spot with outdoor seating in a corporate building. The morning staff greeted us with a cheery tone. Just what a grumpy olde man needs, I'm sincere here. Coffee is good and they offer many baked goods. Though I like the special breakfast burritos. Visited each morning when my coffee-tank was on EMPTY. Huge selection of syrup flavors without sugar. Drink with confidence.

I went here every chance I could one I discovered it. I will always go here when I am in Spokane. Yes, it IS that good. The baristas are helpful and knowledgeable of their product. My fist time there I was hesitant to order as the choices were vast. The barista that took my order helped clarify things for me as she asked some questions and from my answers recommend some choices which I picked and was not disappointed. I had lattes and cappuccinos which were most delish. I would recommend this place hands down as totally awesome.

Trying out lunch at a new spot and selected today's "soup with roll". Soup was tortilla and I was excited to try it. Unfortunately- soup did not have any tortilla and there were no rolls. Yes hey "ran out" and so gave oyster crackers instead. Unbeknownst to them, I dislike oyster crackers greatly. It would have been very easy to tell me at time of order that they had no rolls and the tortilla soup has no tortilla. Very disappointed. They offered nothing other than they were sorry- they could have offered a free drink, a dessert or some other side (other than disgusting oyster crackers) but did not even try to make it right.

A friend brought me to this new location to check out the coffee and food. Yummy food and quick service!

I'm giving 3 stars because even though the food may be good, there's room for improvement. Today I ordered the Chicken Bacon Pesto, specifying "crispy" bacon. I was glad I work in the building, for having access to a microwave. The bacon was way less than crispy. I don't like rubbery bacon, even if it's thin. While the sandwich was pretty good, once I finished cooking the bacon, the fries needed help. They looked good with the rosemary and the flavor was ok. I didn't see how they were cooked, but wished I had my air fryer as they were limp, cold and dark. Telling me they needed to be left down in the fryer another minute. My friends agreed with me on them being under cooked. I'd end up taking them home. From what I've experienced, both the coffee and energy drinks are rather good. No complaints there, at this time.

This is a new location in the main 1st Ave. Wells Fargo lobby downtown. Great coffee, along with pastries and lunch items. I had a yummy salad there the other day and it was fresh and it fit the Goldilocks test - not too big or too small, but just about right. The customer service is excellent, which always means a lot to me.
