I generally stop here on my way home from work, these baristas have never let me down. After my 3rd or 4th visit they had my order memorized and they always serve with a smile! Their customer service is exceptional.
Shout out to Reighlynn (most likely misspelled) as she's always upbeat, friendly and positive with me! She has no problem coming with suggestions when I wanna change things up and she's never shy nor short on conversation!
I've tried lots of coffee spots in spokane, and there are definitely many good ones, but the service here puts them at the top of my list!

First time here. I wanted an ice water that I was going to pay for before I went to the gym. The lady said they don’t give out waters. Was going to come back and try a drink after the gym. I will never return. I never heard of any coffee shop not allowing people to purchase ice waters smh

They always ask you to try your drink before you leave. They are very good about adding syrup to taste, and not just dumping a full cup of it in the drink and sending you on your way. They used to have amazing mini quiches, I wished they still did.

My wife even complemented the coffee ☕️ ?3 amazing ladies helped us with a hot and iced white chocolate mocah with almond milk.
I ordered and she brought e my drink. I said that’s not what I ordered she made blue raspberry and I asked for totally different flavors with watermelon and peach. She said ok and looked annoyed.and then proceeded yo go where I couldn’t see her and complain about my simple order to where I could fully hear her. I don’t know how it was my fault she misheard me but she was quit rude about it. Normally I tip a couple dollars and I always enjoy coffee experiences elsewhere but damn was she rude. I feel bad when I don’t tip but if she would’ve nicely been like oh my bad let me do that for you I would’ve still tipped and it would’ve been a good experience.
