First time here. I wanted an ice water that I was going to pay for before I went to the gym. The lady said they don’t give out waters. Was going to come back and try a drink after the gym. I will never return. I never heard of any coffee shop not allowing people to purchase ice waters smh

They always ask you to try your drink before you leave. They are very good about adding syrup to taste, and not just dumping a full cup of it in the drink and sending you on your way. They used to have amazing mini quiches, I wished they still did.

I ordered and she brought e my drink. I said that’s not what I ordered she made blue raspberry and I asked for totally different flavors with watermelon and peach. She said ok and looked annoyed.and then proceeded yo go where I couldn’t see her and complain about my simple order to where I could fully hear her. I don’t know how it was my fault she misheard me but she was quit rude about it. Normally I tip a couple dollars and I always enjoy coffee experiences elsewhere but damn was she rude. I feel bad when I don’t tip but if she would’ve nicely been like oh my bad let me do that for you I would’ve still tipped and it would’ve been a good experience.

3rd time coming to this stand and I guess it's not that great like the first 2 times. Ordered a 20 oz iced white chocolate mocha and not only was the cup filled to the rim with ice, the barista topped off the drink with water. Never had this experience before when ordering a white chocolate mocha. Maybe it's the batista?
Please don't think that this Brew's Brothers is connected to the one on Sinto. Not even close. I was away from my favorite coffee spot, but I got excited to see that they have another location. I stopped by for my favorite drink (peanut butter granita with 5 shots of espresso). At the Sinto location they make their granitas like a milkshake. This location makes a watered down version, like dirty water. The barista was nice and I gave her a good tip (before I tasted it). Just letting anyone know that if you want a great coffee, go to the Brews Brothers on Sinto and have Nikkole (she spells her name differently than "normal") make you your favorite whatever you like. If you become a regular, she'll have your coffee made and ready for you to take by the time you get to the window. Stay blessed everyone.?

Let me be clear as to not be rude like the barista who raised an attitude with my wife. My wife asked for less ice so that it wasn't watered down, and the barista filled the rest of her cup with water. Tell me how that makes sense. Tell me how you are going to sell me water instead of coffee. Her response to my wife asking why it's watered down was that that's how you make them there. When my wife asked why she couldn't make it without water she decided to be passive aggressive throwing attitude about filling the rest with heavy cream and asked if we wanted it remade. At this point the damage was done and there was no need to make it worse. I would like someone to tell me why this happened and how it can be resolved.

It took 3 visits to find out this business sells you ice in place of coffee. I have looked back over a few of their other website reviews and can see a pattern. This business needs to reevaluate their place in our community. Don't even ask them for less ice, they will just put water in its place. I would like them to explain their policy of watering down customer coffee.

I've become a bit of a regular to the point to where they don't even ask what I want.Granted, it's mostly due to the fact they are a rock's toss away from where I work, but they've always been quick and friendly. Drinks are mostly good, but I can't complain when I ask for a surprise every time. Absolutely would recommend!
