Ordered $75.00 worth of food for my family and I for dinner…simple order of 3 menu sandwiches, 2 medium fries, 2 kids cheese burgers with ketchup and pickles, 2 kids fries, 2 apple juices and some sauce…..order was delivered only to find out they made the wrong sandwich, kids burgers were buns and meat only, no kids fries, missing 1 medium fry, no apple juices, and no sauces….the owner was notified and said that he would not replace these missing items and refuses to try and resolve the issue…..although our door dash driver was awesome in trying to help remedy this, I will never recommend this location to anyone….how do you treat your customers in this manner and expect anything in bad reviews….especially when they pay $75.00 for a family meal and only get half of the food they paid for and incorrect items! Zero Stars!

The girls had already closed the grill down by time I came in to buy a sandwich but they went out of there way to fire it right back up and make it for me. Not only did they make it really quverybut delicious as well.

I put in an online order that went to pickup instead of delivery. It took me several tries to get through on the phone only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. I don’t drive, so pickup wasn’t an option. I tried to explain this, and they hung up on me. I had ordered many times from this location in the past, and am extremely disappointed.

I was missing the cheese on my cheeseburger but the fries are good and the order was delivered quickly
We ordered three burgers and a salad. We omitted/substituted ingredients on the burgers and not a single one was correct. One was supposed to have only tomato and ketchup, came with only mayo. The others were similarly completely wrong. They also didn't give us a fry that we paid for. The food was ok otherwise.

Workers are amazing and the food was fantastic. The gentlemen were very friendly and polite. It was 92 degrees inside the restaurant and those are horrible conditions both for us customers and for the workers, we were sweating sitting down and they were also sweating especiallly in front of a grill. The door was open at least giving some fresh air. Upper management should be ashamed as we asked what was going on with the air conditioning and were told they couldn’t turn it down anymore than where it was at. Also we tried tipping your fine employees and were told we could only tip cash. That’s heartbreaking, maybe 10% of this country carries cash how inconsiderate! Not a worker friendly restaurant that is clear.

they remove the pepper jack on the Italian sub and have swiss or cheddar only.... you guys suck... guess im done with your subs for good.
