Won't let delivery drivers use restrooms so I unassigned the order because I had to go and God knows how long they were going to make me wait. Why isn't the food done when I get there anyway? How would you like it if you had to work with no restrooms available? Quit being lazy clean your restrooms if the store is open the rest rooms should be too.

why did you change your bread???? You no longer have authentic philly cheesesteak sandwiches which is a total bummer because they are hard to find unless you live in philly. So disappointed!

Just ordered from this establishment and got a roasted turkey sandwich with almost no turkey on it and all lettuce. I called the establishment to see if it could be corrected. The employee was rude enough to say it wasn’t his problem and then hang up on me. It’s Christmas time I don’t have a lot of money to spend so it was sad for me to waste money, and then have someone be rude to me to boot.

Today I got a sandwich and frys from bruchies so did my lawn crew. You know it was good good! However their was no parking even 2 blocks away. Me and the crew were even willing to walk for bruchies but their wasnt any spots. 4 spots finally opened in the complex so I decided to take the 4 spots. Was only their for about 10 minutes! While we were getting our food. Right away someone was calling the tow company, someone else came up and yelled at me calling me names and kicked my truck and was cussing at me as they walked away into another business in that complex. So I moved my truck and trailer to the alley away from the business complex and one of the owners just came out and cussed from the dumpster and smoked a cigarette until my crew came back and then he glared at my crew so..... Will never be doing any business in that complex ever again not even on my free time.

I LOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!! So delicious, with awesome customer service! We are from Canada and I have been searching for a comparable cheessteak since I was last in Spokane 4 years ago to no avail! In our 4 days in Spokane this time, I went 4 times! I wish I didn't live an 11 hr drive away!!! Lol
