Fry's hard as rocks (timed out)cold oil taste. Asked for cooked bacon on sandwich got cold greasy bacon on it. They use cheap onions not red. Cheese I had to take off and break apart to put back on

I was really surprised at how fast I got my order. This is the fastest Bruchi's I've ever been.
No ice in the ice machine for drinks, letting French fries hanging out on the window sill, even if they look like catapillars probably not a good idea for some people.
First time trying this little burger/sub joint! Best fries in the world! I had a good smash burger. My friend had a steak sub. Both, we enjoyed and the price was decent too. Try it......I will be back.

Went through the drive thru because fries and fry sauce sounded really good. Ordered and paid for a meal. Didn't look at the bag when I got it, which I rarely do anyways. Got to work to eat and guess what... No fries or fry sauce. 😠Called and left a message hoping to at least get an apology and hopefully a credit on my card. Been a few days and nothing.

I would give this place 5 stars, however... the manager there is a very hard worker but he's rude to his team. Communication is a key element to running a floor and this guy definitely lacks it. He doesn't coach or correct and lets them figure it out for themselves. Get this guy some HR training; there are many sources that give free training and testing online
