The last three times I’ve been there I’ve had a problem. The first time I showed up and they claimed they were out of bread, however, for some reason the doors were still open. The second time, I went through the drive-through at around 7:50 PM and they said it was too close to closing time for them to drop fries. This time I asked for a large steak supreme, and I got a 7 inch. The girl who took my order was very annoyed by me bringing this to her attention. As far as the quality and taste of the food, this time I would give the sandwich a three out of ten. It was soggy and full of gristle, The fries were good however, the fries sauce they put in the bag was curdled and tasted sour. I will never go back to the North Division location.

The bread looked and taste like it was two days old and warmed up in a toaster oven. The outside layer had crispy burn marks, and the inside steak and sauce was soggy and unappetizing. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bruchi’s. It has certainly soured my desire for Bruchi’s in the future.

Could barely hear the person working the drive through, and they took forever getting my food out despite almost no one being there, got home and opened up my order, ordered no ice in my drink and got ice but they walked away before i could say something, upon opening my cheesesteak it immeadiately fell apart and the bread was soaked in grease, hardly any cheese even though i paid for extra cheese and asked for extra mayo on it, no mayo in the slightest, ontop of that the sandwhich measures at 10 inches, paid for 12, and the meat doesnt even reach the ends, falls short by approx 2 in on each end. Not worth the money or the time wasted, the meat tastes burnt and the veggies are rubber. Id rather buy a 90 cent can of alpo wet dog food. Disgusting in every way and cannot reccomend to anyone to ever visit. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst bruchi's ever been too my sandwich had half the meat on it that it should have it was also full of charcoal off the grill my cheese wasn't melted into the meat like they are suppose to do hands down worst bruchi's I've ever been too and a waste of money don't waste your money going here

I have had many online ordering issues with this location. The latest was tonight when I placed my all online order an hour in advance, and when I arrived at the drive-through was informed that they were closed and did not have my order. Other times I had also placed an online order and when I arrived at the window was informed that they did not have bread to make my sandwich. Very frustrating to waste time placing an online order paying for my food and driving to pick it up only to find out that they either could not make my order or did not have my order or were closed.
I do not know who the manager is at this location, but I would like to know how they are going to handle this situation.

Bags of fries were at bottom of bag, all fries were smashed like this picture and weren’t all the way cooked so they didn’t even fall out of bag when I turned upside down. The steak classic tasted and looked burnt and hardly any sauce (mayo). Been going here for years but I guess I’ll be going to phillyicious from now on.

Needs cleaned in lobby, it's always dirty in there we quit going in. Told employees multiple times no one cared. The behind the counter area and kitchen looked clean just the lobby was bad the last 2 or3 times there.
Eric, store manager, was personable, knowledgeable and ensure the accuracy of my order.

The whole restaurant was dirty, the floors were sticky, most of the tables were dirty. The bathroom I would even use is was so disgusting. When I went to the counter to ask for more sauce the gal was unprofessional and rude when asking a co worker to help while she was on the phone. Will not be coming back.

Division location. The drive thru window itself needs a severe cleaning. It calls into serious question the cleanliness of the inside. The chicken sandwich was beyond dry. What ever the seasoning is, it's nasty! That flavor profile does not go with this type of sandwich. Period. The fries were likely all the bottom of the bag, all were an 1-2 inches in length and had a weird chewiness to them. The burger bun was completely saturated in grease. Super unappealing and down right gross. It all went from a bite to the trash. What a waste of $20. I will not ever return. First and last visit!
