Unfortunately this is probably the 3rd time the order has been wrong, out of 4 times in the span of 12 months. You try to chalk some of it up to maybe a bad day, but we won't be returning to this location any more. $30+ for a 25% chance of correct order isnt worth it.

Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place and go to Jersey Mikes instead. We stopped here because we had a good experience at the Kennewick location, but this one was TERRIBLE. The person at the counter couldn’t answer a basic question about the sandwiches and was just shrugged everything off. They took a very long time to make them. Then when we unwrapped them in the car, mine was only halfway in the bread, a total mess. I was seconds away from going in and having them redo it but decided I couldn’t spend one more second in that place.

I showed up to Bruchi’s at 8:00 PM, well before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM, only to be turned away and denied service. No explanation, no apology—just refused as if my business didn’t matter.
If you post hours, customers should be able to expect service during that time. Turning away paying customers 60 minutes before closing is unacceptable and unprofessional. Clearly Bruchi’s doesn’t value its customers or respect their time. Will never go back encourage other to not go to this location as employees value their time on their phone then serving customers but clearly their sign says open
