I showed up to Bruchi’s at 8:00 PM, well before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM, only to be turned away and denied service. No explanation, no apology—just refused as if my business didn’t matter.
If you post hours, customers should be able to expect service during that time. Turning away paying customers 60 minutes before closing is unacceptable and unprofessional. Clearly Bruchi’s doesn’t value its customers or respect their time. Will never go back encourage other to not go to this location as employees value their time on their phone then serving customers but clearly their sign says open

Went to Bruchi's in Airway Heights at 8:30. On Google the hours are 9. The drive thru light up sign is on, and the door states drive thru is 9pm. However, we are told they are closed. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this location.

Ordered drive through, drove 10 minutes to work, open my order to find my burger with a HARD top bun, mushy bottom bun, and no extra pickles like I asked - zero pickles to be exact.. Also, do we not season the meat or salt fries anymore? Miss how Bruchis used to be, won't be back again.

First time here, from Oregon originally. I was a little nervous reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great. We were a big group(9 of us), got everything correctly and fresh. Customer service was great as well!

I have been here twice and each time it has been dirty and not stocked. Tables not cleaned off after people leave. Its gotta be a management issue. When you aren't busy it should be time to clean sweep and restock. A restaurant should always been clean and welcoming. If I walk in your not busy and the employees are just sitting around while the floors have old food on them and the tables haven't been cleaned....I think yall should look into getting some new management.
We bought two classic steak and cheese subs yesterday, one 7-inch and one 12-inch. I'm sorry to say they were absolutely horrible. Worst steak and cheese we ever had. There was hardly any meat and hardly any cheese. Buyer beware! Don't buy steak and cheese from this Bruchi's.
