Buffalo Wild Wings

12/22/2025 by far the worst BWWs I've ever been to. The food is absolutely terrible!! Dive bars have better food than this place, and I'm not exaggerating. The tortilla chips were so stale, I'm sure my goats would be pissed if I tried to give them to them. There was only one server in the bar area and she was trying her best. The main issue was the food. Do not patronize this establishment and let them swiftly close like the others across the nation. Terrible management, no quality control.

Where do I began, this visit was very underwhelming. Not only was our order supposed to be picked up at 7:30 we arrived and our food was no where in sight. After checking in we found out our order was mixed up with the someone else with a DIFFERENT name spelling our food didn’t get to us 8:24. Not even an accommodation for their mess up making us wait longer. Get home and NO FRIES when we got a LARGE fries.

Cold food right out of the kitchen, not all the order was brought out, no refills, poor service, server/bartender seemed “put out” that they had to “deal” with us, didn’t smile, couldn’t even give an answer when asking about the menu. Tried over the last 2 yrs to give this location a chance but it just gets worse each time. Won’t be coming back!

They can't cook a burger. It's dry and I couldn't get onions on it even though I asked. We dined in. It was sad. I'll never eat there again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. Waited for over 45 minutes for cold wings. Where is the manager, cause I see a restaurant who needs one. Literally go anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic experience my Fiancée and I had tonight. We came in, not realizing it was a Bogo on wings, and bottomless apps for $9.99. On-top of that, our server Brittany, who was also single handedly running the bar was absolutely amazing and on-top of making sure we got our meal on-time. She also made every effort to make sure we were satisfied even as we were leaving. We will 100% be coming back again.

We are frequent goers to BWW and today was a horrible experience. Empty restaurant, yet the longest wait for food we’ve ever experienced. When the food came, no silverware, my grandma’s order was wrong (crispy instead of grilled), my “5 grilled tenders” was basically 4, and 3/6 of my wife’s wings didn’t have sauce on them.

I got the boneless wings special. The chicken was cold and seemed like it was left over from the day before. The service was great, though!

I had the worst experience there last night . We waited for an hour for our food, when we finally got our food it was cold they sent it back and then it came back cold again , my 8 month pregnant daughter had a blond hair in her hamburger. I will not be going back. However our waitress was amazing Her name was Andreya, it was not her fault at all!!!!
