This is a fun place wayyyy off the beaten path in Dogtown. The food was good, and the service was excellent! It is a dive bar, but fun!

A great dive! I went on karaoke night and it was too loud for such a small room, but the service was good and the food was great!

We had the Monster Bloody Mary, one with the Spicy Dill Pickle Vodka and one with Tito’s. They were delicious! The food that comes with them was decent. The deviled egg was good but a bit flavorless. The brisket didn’t come with a whole lot of sauce (the server should put them on the table for you). The meatloaf was tasty, but again lacked any sauce. The sausage was delicious. And then the wings were terrible. They were rubbery and not edible at all. The server, whom had been there 6 days, was awesome! Could not tell she’d only been there a short while.

Yo, this place has been recommended a bunch on the Spokane Food Finder Facebook group, and they're totally right. Don't let the outside fool ya. This place has a great vibe. The BBQ isn't bad. They have a lot of craft beers to choose from, and the drinks are on point. Plus, the staff is super friendly and fun. If you're ever golfing with your buds at Esmeralda GC, this is the perfect spot to stop by afterward.

Undercooked food, obnoxious patrons.

Went out of our way to try out their monster mary drinks. We arrived the blond lady took our drink order and then we sat there for a whole hour! Not once did they walk up to take any food orders or offer drinks or tell us why we are waiting for so long. There were also people there that were waiting for so long they got up and left after waiting over an hour. The lady with the short haircut kept serving the same table and not anyone else. I watched a whole table get up and leave and a couple other families. I dont know if they were having a bad day but no excuse when you have customers walking in

Waited for food for 1hr 10min before leaving. There were two servers and two kitchen staff. There were two 8 tops but no excuse for the poor service. Another big table walked out right behind us. Not even an apology from the staff. Unfortunately won’t be coming back.

My friends and I saw posts of the the Monster Bloody Mary. Stopped in this Sunday only to have to wait 2 hours for our Bloody Mary drinks!!! The server kept serving everyone else who came in. Finally after 2 hours we got our drinks but the food was COLD!!! Our table spent over $200.00 on drinks and food only to wait 2 hours and for it to be cold!!! I DON'T EVEN GIVE THEM A 1 STAR ? SO DISAPPOINTED

So let me start out by saying that the customers here were very pleasant. It was obvious they were having a good time. I'll mention what I liked, then what I didn't like. I don't pull any punches so not everyone will appreciate this. I got the 2 meat plate with 3 sides. Almost 50.00. The brisket was pretty tasty, as was the BBQ sauce. I also liked the deviled eggs.I'M NOT A FAN of steamed ribs. They can lose some of the flavor and it makes them very heavy due to the water content. You can tell by how they fall off the bones but it also melts the Styrofoam and that's not a good thing. The flavor was fair. The greens were disgusting. Similar to mashed potatoes. They were mushy and poorly flavored. I tossed them immediately. The cole slaw lacked flavor. It was mediocre at best. But remember this is a bar and Friday night people want to get drunk. I asked the guy if there was bbq sauce in the order and he said oh yeah. I sat down inside to try a bite but there were no utensils with the meal. There was also no sauce inside. To me that's not acceptable. It's kinda high priced for my taste. What if I would have left back to work and had no sauce. I always eat my BBQ with sauce. So I'm that aspect you failed miserably. Would I go back for the food? NO.Porters BBQ has smoked ribs and mouth watering, melt in your mouth brisket. It's a must try.
