Don't believe their hours. They change on whim and they don't give shit about customer expectations of consistent hours

I got the spongebob meal and first I didn't get half of the meal I got the fries, the whooper, and the cheese bites but not the drink or pie. the pie makes sense but if they didn't have the cold foam for the drink they could have given me the drink without the foam and I didn't get the box with it until I asked. Also the crew seemed rude when I asked for the box they pretty much threw the empty box at me. Suggested to stay away from this burger King at all costs

If I could give zero i would. There is no reason for anyone of your employees to be snappy over the phone due to the services not provided. No one told us you were out of the pie and we got charged for it anyway. And then when we called you guys on it you were rude. Then upon getting into my car i realized the 12 piece I ordered for my child had only 7 chicken fingers in it. Like you guys do realize that we as parents work really hard for our money and with the economy the way it is you guys should absolutely be telling people we are out of this is it ok to sub for that (you didn’t we had to go get the pie from you ) and also not providing all my food is a breech of contract meaning I can report you to the state attorney general. All I wanted was for you to uphold the order. Your manager called my husband crazy on the phone and that is also not ok. When working any type of customer service especially food you are to be professional when having an issue. I also work in the food industry and I do not get to talk to people with disrespect. I’ve called and reported this issue along with all of your names to your regional manager. I really hope they come and give you guys a thorough lesson on how to treat your customers
2 weeks in a row the drive through has been very slow. 15 minutes to move through 5 cars. Today I have been trapped for 22 minutes. They won't move a car around to the front so everyone waits.

Place myorder and patiently waited. There was roughly six people staring like they were lost and did not know what to do throughout the kitchen area. The manager comes up and tells the girl at the cashier register to stop taking orders as they are locked and you do not know where they're at. The second person in our group had to wait excessive amounts of time to place their order and took quite a while to receive. This is the second visit to this location and both times have had the same outcomes, no leadership, employees that are confused and do not know what they are doing or don't have the proper training.

Service is kinda slow but the food always tastes good when they get your order right. They mess up on the order about 10% of the time which I find most places do when it's drive thru.

Terrible service, the manager was rude. I ordered 3 bbq brisket whoppers and got the regular whoppers and when I called to let them know they said they don’t have them anymore. So I was overcharged and nothing happened. Fries was undercooked. Such a ripoff. Never going back the this Burger King again.
Decent price with deals however food quality has severely gone down hill

I walked in during my lunch hour to place an order for a single whopper, I’m pretty much a regular there and eat because it’s close to my work and I like the staff. However on 07/29 I’d placed an order to dine in, it was very swamped and busy, but everyone was very hectic. I’d inquired what happened to my food but was told they were backed up and busy, so I sat down waiting for a lull, it was about 30 minutes before they were able to acknowledge the situation.
My food was apparently given to another patron and instead of double checking or at least manning the front their focus was cooking and drive through. They refunded me the money but now, during my lunch hour, I’m left with no food. So essentially, I’ve got a full five hours having had nothing to eat since 7am. One if not the worst experiences of eating at a franchise. If it wasn’t close honestly I wouldn’t eat here again.
