Ordered online for pick-up and got home and was missing 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich! Tried calling and the number was disconnected how is that even possible for a business. Very disappointed!!

So I hadn't had burger king in years, and for some reason since I was a kid burger king is my top fast food place. Their Whopper is the king of fast food burgers to me lol. My delivery was missing one thing if their jalapeno things but still the burgers had my family wanting more the next day lol.

Their chicken sandwich is $10. We placed an order and got everything except the chicken sandwich. Instacart won't give a credit (so I canceled my membership). I tried to call Burger King but the number has been disconnected. I'm pissed off! Why can't people do something as simple as fill an order correctly?? Frustrating af!

I've been going here for two years and most of the time it's okay. At best.
Usually, it's a game of will they even have my order ready? Which promotion can they not honor, and sometimes...will we even have the right size cup for the drink I already paid for?
I appreciate their attempts to make it right and usually it's acceptable considering the value.
I no longer recommend going to this Burger King location. It's rude service, missing items, and a guessing game of why you'd return. Pass. Keep driving to the next offering. Over two years of going to this location, it's not worth it anymore.
Emailed their corporate about having these various issues and it was worth $10 or 1400 BK credits. Thanks for having it my way.

I went in this morning to buy breakfast burritos as we do most days. I always use the bathroom first then order. There was a short lady with grey hair that works there come into the bathroom and was very unprofessional and yelling to me to check in with her first before I use the bathroom. I was so embarrassed I left and now I'm not buying anything else from this store.

Put in my mobile order and walk down to the store only to find a note on the door stating their lobbies closed. Only one family in the lobby with children running around the entire restaurant back and forth to front counter like they knew someone that worked there eating food while I can't get my mobile order. 5-7 business days for refund.. this place has gone just down and down and down ... Back to McDonald's where at least I can get my food

We ordered the bacon melt. The burger is good but the toast is not grilled or toasted very well. The burger is like eating a soggy bread burger. The whole burger could be great but the bread needs to be crisp and toasted. Will not ever order again.
