I was waiting at the drive through microphone for 15 minutes before they closed and they refused to answer it. I then drove up to the window and waited for someone to see and they did but they just walked right on past. I had to get out of my car after honking multiple times and knock on their window 6 times. Then the workers how answered were incredibly rude. The one girl had multiple lip and face piercings and was mocking me for waiting and then the two guys who just stood there watching me wait outside. One had buzzed blonde hair and a big nose and the other had long brown hair over his eyes and a green zip up. I do not recommend trying to order from here. 👎

I purchased 2 Whopper combo meals and the whoppers were horrible. Dry crusty buns and after eating the burgers was left with a nasty lingering bad taste that lasted a whole day. Usually whoppers are good but this visit was enough to make you quit eating them.

The absolute worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced today. Ordered 2 rodeo burgers and 45 nauseous minutes later began a 7 hour out of body experience. Everything that was in, went out of my body with explosive devastation. I can now as an adult state that I’ve pooped my pants twice in one day.. simply because I couldn’t stop puking and turn around in time. I am devastated and unable to care for my infant daughter due to the sickness. Nothing could ever compensate for what I’ve been through today. Glad I’m still alive.

Showed up for a scheduled job interview, and the lobby was closed. Nobody knew what I was talking about regardless of the confirmation emails sent to me from Indeed. I was turned away at the door, and nobody called me after taking my number.
The manager Beth is the most unprofessional, rude person I’ve come in contact with. She was very disrespectful and needs to be fired. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The best Burger King location in Spokane by far if you ask me. Especially if you have little ones as they have the play area and screens to play games on. Plus the funny videos on the tvs were quite entertaining to watch. The food is always good there and customer service right on point.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Took the driver 20 minutes to pick my order up. Missing several items from my order and when I called the store the employee made it to be Uber Eats fault. This Burger King is notorious for being the worst in town. I personally have watched a manager yell at an employee in the parking lot in a prior interaction. Let this location die, bring another location back.

Been going to this burger king for the last couple years for lunch. Been going at least once a week.
I was just told today that ranch cups now have to be added as an extra cost to the order. And they also don't have ketchup packets to give out anymore.
This is a busy location with lots of foot traffic, a regularly full dining area and busy drive thru. Why do I now suddenly have to be charged extra for basic condiments? Seems to be some extreme penny pinching on the side of the management or owners. I will be pursuing lunch elsewhere from now on. And I recommend that anyone looking for a good lunch option go somewhere else.
